“Add one more voice to Jay and A2Z's stellar rating. I happened to be in the neighborhood getting some skates sharpened and saw A2Z's sign so I stopped in. I'd been looking for a tablet and had no experience with them at all. I am fairly computer Savey having been a software developer for 40+ years but tablets were something of a mystery to me. Jay & chatted for 15-20 minutes, talked about my needs and what I intended to use it for. Jay offered to send me some info on a couple of new tablets he knew about and could order. He also mentioned a different model available at the local "big box" store. I checked out his suggestions plus the big box option that he had mention and it turns out the big box store had a "just introduced" version of his suggested tablet that had a larger screen, more storage and a slightly better processor than his suggestions. Plus it was a few bucks cheaper. All in all I did end up getting the big box tablet but I really appreciated all of Jay's time and effort that he put in with helping me figure out what would work for me and the price range I would be looking at. I went back there the next day to show him the new tablet and got a screen protector from him. He was just the help I needed and did it even if it didn't earn him very much. Can't ask for better help than that. I'd go back to him in a heartbeat for anything he could help me with even if his price wasn't the lowest one!”

“Really quick, trustworthy, and knowledgable. Came in with a broken Pixel 6 screen and had it replaced within an hour. They told me that there were issues getting the finger print reader working again for pixels upfront so that I knew that going in.”

My friend is in the hospital and his phone was knocked off his tray and broke. Because his family does not live in the local area he was worried about being without a phone. Christian was kind enough to fit me in the same evening and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this store for your phone service needs.”
“The rep I met in this store was alone, he said another staff had had to leave earlier in the day for health reasons. But he was very professional in handling the several customers in the store with different needs. I was impressed with his demeanor and attitude which neutralized the occasional negative feelings you have when a place is understaffed. He handled my need efficiently and still within a reasonable time.”

“Alex and Ryan that work at this location are absolute SUPERSTARS! Whether they are extremely busy and have a line out the door or you are the only person in the store, they give you the same amazing treatment and service. If I was opening any type of a store/company in general, I would go in and poach these guys first as they deserve way better. Not bashing AT&T at all, but I grew up with my grandmother who was a recruiter and I know when I see special people. Thank you Alex and Ryan for taking care of me not only once but a few times coming into this location. “For over a year I have tried to get help with my phone. I went to two different locations in Apple Valley at least 2-3x each and got nowhere. I wasn't able to receive calls. It kept going straight to voicemail. I finally went in and said I wasn't leaving until this situation was fixed!! They told me that I needed to go over to the Burnsville location because it was a corporate store. Well when I arrived they said that there was no reason why they couldn't figure it out. To cut a long story short. I without a doubt stumped everyone with my situation. But the guy that helped me for over two hours had the best attitude about the entire situation. Not only did he figure out my situation with not receiving calls, but he also caught a big billing issue that was affecting my credit and he started the process with the department that handled this situation and by the time I got home I rcvd a call saying that the situation was taken care of. He was very helpful and easy to talk to. I believe his name was Brenden? Sorry if that was incorrect, it's been a long day. It might be a little further to drive, but it's worth it. I will most definitely recommend this store to my friends that have AT&T!!”

Well came to savage store & the most kind the most helpful, and sincere man who went above and behind to help us in anyway possible!
