Bought an adjustable bed and high end firm mattress. Unbelievable that even with a twin bed purchase price in the high 5K range there still was a separate delivery/setup fee!

If you're looking for a mattress you must come here and chat with Joshua. He has oodles of knowledge and is so patient. He's happy to share as much or as little information as you'd like. I asked no less than a million questions. I couldn't have asked for a better mattress purchase experience.

Josh was very helpful at showing and explaining different types and brands. However I found a sales price online. It took 2 calls to the store to get adjusted receipt and still waiting for my credit card to be refunded.

It was overall a great experience. Greeted right away by an associate, Richard, despite that the shop was rather busy. He was able to multi task and answered some of my question and yet finishing up with other customers that he already have. His experience in the business shows.
He was knowledgeable, wasn't pushing hard on any particular mattress, listened to my request and concerns in regard to my needs.
The purchasing process was smooth and easy.

Great experience with Richard! We (kind of) knew what we wanted, but he gave us the time we needed to try out multiple mattresses. He also made the process fun!
