I arrived slightly late due to my intended bus disappearing into the aether, but they were still understanding and didn't make me reschedule or anything. I had never been here before since I recently moved to town, and they were able to fit me in easily.
The doctor I met with was super nice and easy to talk to! Even the lobby felt welcoming, with the employees having a fun little banter instead of it all feeling clinical and stressful. I was really worried about getting my eyes dilated (which is why I took the bus), but apparently they don't need to do that anymore unless there's a specific reason to, which was super nice coming from my previous eye doctor that pushed eye dilation and taking photos of the inside of my eyes everytime.
At my previous eye doctor, it was normally around $100 for a yearly exam (due to upcharges from the dilation and such, I think) but this one was only $50.
I would highly recommend Martin Eye Care for anyone in the region who is looking for a new eye doctor!

My daughter had a horrible experience here with Dr. Martin, read the other reviews and believe the ones stating the unprofessional behavior and the way they are treated.
I have a very strong daughter who never gets emotional and she left crying. No one should ever be treated how she was, especially in a routine eye exam.
We followed another eye Dr here and unfortunately were not scheduled with him, which led to this very bad experience. I also feel she was billed incorrectly, which is besides the point of this review.
I waited months to calm down before deciding to write this review and don’t like to do this. However, this was our experience.

Dr. Martin is very friendly and easy to talk with. You can ask any questions and he will tell you exactly what is going on with your vision. The office is very comfortable and the staff very friendly.

Great experience! Dr. was thorough and nice. Help choosing glasses was fun, lots of great styles to choose from. The staff were all very nice, so glad I chose this as our new vision care provider! thanks

Horrible experience. Support staff and clinic management doesn't care about their patients. Glasses were done wrong and then when looking at correcting lenses..they STILL aren't sure of how to correct. You gotta trust that the "professionals" know how to fix the problem..they didn't earn my trust. I spoke with the clinic manager who had no intention or concern on working towards resolution..just I appreciate the feedback. Ughhhhh
