There are some great sales here. The sales staff was quite friendly, but their follow-up is abysmal. I'm not so mad because it forced us to look more and we found furniture better suited to our taste. For us, going here was just a big waste of time.

Criminally incompetent. Over 3 months later and my elderly parents’ order is still not complete, but that’s not the worst of the problem.Recap:-Order for a sectional and pullout sofa in early September. Charged to Macy’s card to receive financing benefits and Macy’s points.-Order cancelled by mistake, Macy’s unable to process transaction to Macy’s card due to problems with the third party Macy’s card administrator. Error not discovered until Mom checks on it.-Paid for order with a different card, lost financing and Macy’s points, compensated with a paltry discount.-Other card DOUBLE CHARGED. Macy’s unable to fix and instructs parents to dispute one of the charges to get their money back, which is insane. This is thousands of dollars.-Mom nearly has an aneurysm dealing with Macy’s to retry to fix problems, and get the order to go through so they have furniture in time for Christmas. Spends HOURS on the phone and in-person.-And the cherry on top: sectional will not be ready for Christmas.Did Macy’s ruin Christmas? No. Are the layers of greedy incompetence stunning? Yes.

BUYER BEWARW... Absolute cluster of a situation. We ordered a custom bed for our daughter back in August. We understood that there it wouldn't be in until November. This seems standard since COVID. So November 11 the bed gets delivered and it has the wrong headboard which makes the bed completely unlevel slanting at a severe angle downward to the footboard. The foot has a storage door that can't open due to this issue. My husband drove to the store to figure out what happened after getting no where with customer service. Finally realized the sales associate (Rich) ordered the wrong headboard. After talking through was on how we can just "make the headboard work" by propping up the foot on 2x4s, etc., they made my husband pay to order the correct headboard which won't be here for another 3 months. We will only be refunded after they get the old one back. He told them how terrible of an experience this has been and they offered him $50 off. Our daughter won't have a useable bed for three months and they thought that would make us satisfied. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT MACYS.

I bought a sectional here a few years ago and opted for the "comprehensive" warranty for a significant upcharge. Big mistake. One of the cushions got very compressed, to the point it was uncomfortable to sit on. The warranty ended up declining coverage, and referred me to the manufacturer. They were asking $250 for the cushion (not the fabric covering, just the cushion) and another $100 to ship it. I paid hundreds of dollars for the warranty so I wouldn't have to pay $350 for a replacement cushion! What a rip off.

We visited this store in hope of finding bedroom headboard for reasonable price. There were advertisement that Macy's sells it online. So we thought perhaps it will be available in store. Place was completely empty. No customers. Headboard selection was quite tiny and pretty expensive.

This store features attractive furniture, great value and phenomenal customer service! My sales representative Molly was so knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with in selecting my new furniture! I can’t recommend this store enough!

It's a strange looking building, but the parking is easy. Inside, they have everything set up mostly in separate "rooms". They also have a clearance section. I'm not certain if they have any stock at this location. My sofa is shipping from Chicago to Minnesota. The delivery price was a bit higher than the last time I bought something at Ashley, but that might just be inflation. They have their own furniture made for them, so if you want something other stores don't carry, have a look here.

Purely for not marking on g maps that this is just furniture. Should be indicated that this is not a traditional macys to avoid wasted time for customers.

I remember when this was a premier furniture store. (OK, I'm dating myself). We stopped in looking for dining and living room stuff. To be fair, the staff was very attentive and tried to be helpful.Having said that .... the store looks like it is going out of business. Large areas are blocked off, the areas that are open have lots of empty space, a significant portion of the in entry is on clearance. A lot of yhe clearance stuff, should be labeled "scratch and dent". The sectionals have mismatched color sections, Etc.Prices are heavily discounted from "retail", but in my opinion, "retail" in the furniture world is fictitious anyway. All in all, this was a disappointing experience for us.

This was a great store with fantastic deals in their clearance section. We got a very high end desk for nearly 70% off! They are apparently closing and moving to a new location soon. I hope the new location will be a full Macy's furniture store. The building itself was very uniquely designed too, very 70s on the outside. Too bad it's going to see the wrecking ball.

Our sales rep was great. The rest of our experience was horrible. Bought a floor model sectional that was supposed to be delivered within a week - except Macy's couldn't figure out how to sell me HALF of the sectional. Once they figured out how to ring it up they had to return the other half and re-ring the entire purchase leaving me on the hook for double the price for a couple weeks. Then our delivery was cancelled due to weather (even though all other deliveries came to my house just fine - even the Post Office came to my door) Pushed out delivery another 2 weeks. Of course during all of this waiting I had already sold my previous couches to prepare the space. Don't waste your time, money or energy at this place. Once it showed up the delivery team tore the the couch. I'm out an additional $200 to have it fixed and I can still see the repair on my "new sectional" It's obvious Macy's is not in the furniture business.

I was looking at mattresses and they tried to sell me one that was a year old. What's up with that? Then I asked an associate for a console to put a TV on. She said they don't carry any. I asked why and she walked away to chat with another associate. If you like to overpay then Macy's Home Store is for you. If you want to work with inexperienced help, go to this store. I would bet that they have a myriad of excuses to address their attitude.

This place gave me mixed emotions. I enjoyed the value this place has. The sales were/are great. Staff were warm and willing to help with anything. Some areas were neat and put together and others weren't. You have to inspect what you're buy from this establishment because items from their Clearance section could have been in a previous customers home and or in other places and brought to this location. A lot of items had chips and dents in them but overall a good value. If you're handy with a stain brush for wood and or sand paper, you can find great things here. In other areas, I wish there were more items to select and see. This place has major potential to dress their show room to beat all competition in the local area. I'm coming back to see if there is more to choose from.
