I love this store! Located in mall, easy to find. Nice selection but wish they carried larger women's sizes (xxl or 2 x). Can buy men's shirts but not as appealing as women's styles. Fun store. Helpful employee. Would visit again.

I showed up 10am today on a Monday to return an item… no one was there, store was not open. They open at 10am… I waited til 10:30 a and then I left. Tom

Lucky does not let you change or cancel an order once it's placed. After reaching out literally minutes when the order was placed (at 11pm on a Sunday no less) they claimed that it was already in processing. Either lucky is abusive and having people work at 11pm on a Sunday or their systems are hot garbage.And they direct to "the carrier" even though they know it's UPS SurePost so absolutely could've helped me but chose not to.I enjoy lucky clothes, but this whole thing has been ridiculous.They also claim they cannot adjust shipping addresses, but after talking to UPS that's not only possible but totally a supported thing even when you ship SurePost as long as it hasn't hit USPS.If you order online make sure your order is right and that you have zero interest in canceling. Or, better, visit a store so someone else can be responsible for their horribly designed systems.

Awesome. Not much selection but to be expected with brick and mortar stores but I was able to find what I was looking for, plus some. The clerk on afternoon of 9/25 was great; super helpful young man.

It's OK. Seems like Lucky brand is oft' copying its cooler rivals like "the buckle" or American eagle. But for a much....higher cost lesser quality.

Low collection. Very Expensive. Poor deals and offers like "Buy a $100 jeans and get next one 50% off" that's BS marketing tricks. Why not sell a jeans for $1000 and tell 90% off offer". Quality is bit same as everything is made in China or Bangladesh!

Bought an item here, the manager of the store didn't look up at me from her computer until I spoke to her. She was angry about something and was unkind to me in turn. It was not a good experience.
