I love Lili Salon Spa. But more specifically I love Douglas' work! He is an amazing hairdresser. My past experiences with hairdressers have been alright. I usually take whoever is available until I met Douglas. I showed him an inspirational pic and told him what I wanted as well and he executed it perfectly. You should book with Douglas if and when you go in.

I recently moved to the twin cities and wanted to find a great salon and hairdresser that loves hair and cares about the total experience. Douglas and Lili Salon exceeded my expectations. After my initial consultation I knew I found my new hair home. Douglas’ experience and knowledge has changed the hair game for me with fabulous cuts and color, plus he is educating me along the way so I have great hair everyday. So happy I found him.

Book with Tilly she will listen and deliver. I wanted a professional with experience and creativity who could help me -- long blonde hair wanting a change but nothing Ive had done has really worked. Choua Lee is unprofessional and doesn't keep her word with previous clients. I will not bring my business where Choua works because she humiliates her customers on social media, and keeps on bailing out her booked clients. At the same time, she has her sister threaten another business due to her lack of accountability. She is unprofessional and don't get your nails done by her.

Amy did an amazing job with my hair, completely captured my vision, and changed my life for the moment by increasing my self esteem with such a pretty haircut, all while maintaining immaculate conversation.
Each staff person I encountered was kind and inviting, but efficient. The location is clean, and beautiful.
10/10 recommend!

Run as fast as you can to visit Douglas at Lili Salon. This has been a process gray blending my hair for the last year. I got to Douglas with a mess on my hands from my previous hairdresser so I was definitely a challenge. Douglas is a genius with color and cut. I cannot believe how gorgeous this looks and how he made this happen. I love you, Douglas. You made me feel beautiful.

First time at Lili Salon in the Galleria. Kiarra was amazing! She gave me ideas and recommendations for my cut- based on my pictures, my hair type, how I tend to style, frequency of my cuts, and what would look great on me. Very happy with the results. The salon has great vibes and a huge variety of services available. I will be back!

My daughter and I visited Lili Salon Spa as a special "treat ourselves" day prior to our trip to New York City. (My daughter is a senior in High school. She and her choir will be singing at Carnegie Hall.) Her hair treatment didn't come out as expected two adfitional stylists came over to consult. A plan was made and the very next day, she came back and left feeling gorgeous! The whole team was wonderful. I enjoyed my message very much and my stylist was incredible. The entire experience was relaxing and luxurious. My apologies for not recalling all the names, but everyone was wonderful! Thank you for taking care of us and making this extra special occasion, extra special!
