Update to owner’s response: As a business owner, it is your responsibility for anything bearing your business name. It’s reasonable to assume by your response you approved of and paid for the misleading “art” on your business cards that misrepresented the actual facts, yet you proudly displayed them on your door for perspective clients. If a troll is someone who does their own research and calls someone out for being dishonest, you’re right! I am SO glad I I trusted my gut on this. I hope my review helps others!
I was considering lash extensions and took a business card from Beautify By Shy’s door at Phenix Salons in Edina. On the back of her business card, she has a photo of her Instagram page. I checked out her instagram page, and was appalled to see she had falsified the number of posts and followers compared to what her actual Insta page stated by a substantial amount. Her business card states over 800 posts and her page states 743, and her card states over 20k followers and she has less 3k. It was her page as I verified the website listed and it was her picture. Gross. I will not be booking with a dishonest person.

To start, Shy’s salon was very comfortable and cozy. She did an amazing job with making sure I got what I wanted. My lashes looked amazing, and the retention was great! I definitely would keep going back.

I had my lashes done here for my wedding. The process was very comfortable, and I especially appreciated all the information provided to me before and after my session. My lashes looked perfect for the wedding, and I would definitely get my lashes done here again in the future. Also, the salon is super cute!!

I went to see Shy for my lashes and she did a phenomenal job. Not only was she extremely clean and put a large effort in the cleanliness of the studio, but she was very organized and had a welcoming environment. I saw Shy post COVID-19 and enjoyed all of the safety precautions taken.I've seen a handful of lash artists in my time traveling/living in two states and Shy is definitely in the top two!! Her work is great and you will not regret going to her!

Love love love Shy and her lashes! She is extremely skilled at what she does with the highest quality lashes I’ve experienced. They look natural and I get so many compliments. They also last longer than others I’ve tried in the past. Shy is one of the nicest and most genuine people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!
