Our daughter started daycare at 13 months and we have had wonderful experience so far! Our daughter took time to adjust to the new environment but now, she looks forward to go to the daycare every morning! Love the teachers here!

You can look up their MN licensing and see their violations that they have. I work there for a week without proper training all the classrooms are under staffed. I was told that staff are not allowed to say "no" or to stop a child running away/out of the classroom. I told my manager that I was not feeling well but I still came in. At lunch time I told her that I still was not feeling well and was not able to stay the rest of the day. She said "I will see what I can do". She went to lunch and never checked back in with me. The owners seem friendly to your face but were not. I was talking with the owner about a child in my classroom and he did not know who I was talking about and ask "what color she was"

If you are thinking about sending your child to a daycare you can look up their license on a state maintained website to see their history of violations.If you are looking at sending your child to Kiddie Academy you really need to look up their licensing history. There is a free resource through the State of Minnesota website if you search for “licensing lookup.”

The staff are very loving and professional, the children are kept safe and the curriculum is age appropriate and fun. Overall a great place to learn and grow.

Kiddie Academy of Edina , is a great place to work for . The management is amazing and the owners Robert and Erin are amazing and great advocates for kids early childhood education . Kiddie Academy is great at implementing there core values and for what they stand for . A raving fan of Kiddie Academy. Our experience with the teachers in the 3 year-old and 4 year-old rooms were fantastic - they taught kindness, caring, and playful behaviors for our little one. The owners at this location (Mr. Robert and Ms. Erin ) are very involved in the day-to-day operations and know most of the kids and parents by name. The recent site director that came onboard is bringing both enthusiasm and event-filled weeks. A great spot for any kid and family!

Overall, I haven't really had any complaints with Kiddie Academy. The teachers have always been extremely wonderful and helpful. They take great care of the kids. But lately, it just seems like management has taken a step back. Whenever you call or email, no one would answer or I'd never get a response. When I finally did get a response to an email it was weeks (sometimes months) after and the response was cold and a little off-putting. As if they were annoyed that a parent would have a question about their child. It doesn't seem like there is clear communication between management and their staff as well as a lack of communication between management and parents. They seem to be short staffed and the current teachers are over worked to where they can't maintain the proper kid to teacher ratio. This ultimately affects the kids and hinders them from being moved up to the proper classrooms; which is very detrimental to their development. Because when a child becomes complacent and isn't being challenged enough, they get bored, act out and can regress.

Our three kids (5 yo, 3yo, and 1yo) have been enrolled for over a year and we have been so happy with our care at Kiddie Academy. The owners, director, and teachers are exceptional; they are so dedicated and focused to foster a fun, welcoming, and safe environment. On top of it, curriculum keeps all of our kids engaged, play areas are extensive keeping our kids so excited to come back at at all ages.

I worked at Kiddie Academy of Edina for just over a year and my twin daughters attended too. The owners have been amazing, treating us like their own family. The staff have been incredible to work with and my girls have thrived both physically and emotionally..

We love Kiddie Academy! We will be moving to another state and the saddest part for us was leaving our baby's daycare. The teachers are GREAT! (Especially Miss Paige!) The owners are onsite all of the time. You will often find them reading or playing with the kids. I don't give out 5 stars easily and I'm a helicopter mom. So when I say they are AWESOME, they are AWESOME!!! You can leave your child knowing they are well cared for. You can check on your little one anytime since they have cameras that stream to an app. It's so nice to be able to check in throughout the The staff there are amazing!! Already missing Miss Emily's smiling face in the morning. Update- Since moving away from our home state, we have missed two things: -Kiddie Academy -Our pediatrician I can't say enough good things about Kiddie Academy! Your kids will be well cared for....Trust me!

We love Kiddie Academy and are so happy we found this center for our Son! Everyone truly cares, from the teachers to the director to the owners. Our Son had a harder time than most kids in transitioning from being at home to a childcare setting, and the staff at Kiddie Academy were incredibly patient, gave him extra one on one attention and dedicated themselves to making him feel more comfortable. And of course all the smiling faces and greetings when we drop off and pick up are always so nice!

Terrible place that I would not recommend sending your kids too. Although on the surface they may seem like an okay place, behind closed doors there is so much wrong. Drama, condoms left in bathrooms, kids left outside, harassment, and short staffed. Not only do they not treat the kids the greatest but the way they treat each other is just as bad. There are too many childcare places available to take this chance.
