Just purchased a new-used Escalade Sport. Diego, my sales rep, was spectacular. No pressure, excellent job listening to what I wanted, and definitely aligned me with the right vehicle. Completing the deal was seamless. Most impressive was the home delivery and time to ensure my vehicle was programmed to my liking and the garage door sensor was properly set. The service is good once you can get in, but it's very difficult to schedule. They don't return calls or texts and online scheduling is not ideal if you own an EV.

We leased an EV Optic and it has been fantastic! Anthony, the finance manager, had the paper work all ready for us and the process was very easy. Then Andrew walked us through the options of the vehicle and the Cadillac app, where we could start the car from anywhere! We drove the car around Lake Harriet, Lake Calhoun, and Lake of the Isles with zero lost of range! So cool!

We had a wonderful experience with key Cadillac; 5 stars. Originally we were shopping for a Lexus- {as that is what my wife had her heart set on….} We drove both the RX350, and the XT5. while the Lexus was a nice vehicle, in our opinion the XT5 blew it away on the luxury/drive! Our salesman (Shannon) was very nice, friendly- and not at all pushy…. Allowing us to leave and make up our minds on which vehicle would be our final choice. They worked with us on a price that was what we felt “fair”. Everything was 5 star. We had a very good experience!
***If I was to be completely honest though, the only thing that was not a 5 star was what we were offered on a vehicle we were planning on trading in- so we simply sold it elsewhere, for ALOT more money then they offered us. We would highly recommend KEY for anyone looking for a nice Cadillac.
