I’ve been interested in the Lyriq as my first EV and my first Cadillac. After doing all of my research, I was ready to check things out in person and I had the pleasure of working with a large group of people at Key Cadillac. Daniel, Eldon, Josh, and Tony were amazing throughout the process.
I liked how Daniel asked questions about how much information and direction I was looking to get from him, and he matched my desired approach. Dan was also very responsive through text and email, and Tony was transparent and informative with every question I had on the financial side.
Best of all, we feel great about the deal we were able to get! My wife already has Key Cadillac at the top of our list for when she needs a new vehicle. Thank you for the great experience, and we’ll see you soon!

Brian Thoresen was very professional and did not hesitate to show me several cars.I went to several dealerships and they all added extra cost on top of the promised price. Brian not only presented the same price but actually gave me a $1,000 discount without me asking for it. I ended up buying two cars from him.

The service department let me go with a safety restreint warning on the dashboard because I booked time only for oil change... I have never seen that before. This is totally irresponsible and unprofessional.

This place is a shame to the name Cadillac . Dropped my car , took them 3 days to get back to me . They were Unable to solve the car problem. Yet charged me good amount . I will never visit such immoral people .

First time Cadillac owner and I am so glad I made the switch. I’ve had mine for about 8 months now and I still go Into the dealership with the staff greeting me by name - I never thought that was even a thing that happened at dealerships.
