Over the course of nearly 12 months, Josh Sprague worked with us to find a home in the Twin Cities area. This was a significant move for us as we have never lived in Minnesota and we were relocating from Houston, Texas.We sought out Josh because of his reputation in the area as an experienced real estate broker and we’re so happy that we did. He was consistently high-energy and tireless, extremely knowledgable about the area, and highly credible with both realtors and builders alike. Coming from out of state, we needed Josh’s time in larger chunks than is typical for local home buyers. When we were together, whether discussing our home-buying criteria or spending hours together walking through neighborhoods and homes, we felt as though we were his only clients. He was also very responsive to email and flexible for Zoom calls when it was convenient for our schedule.Josh was very organized, setting up multiple homes for us to see, all of them based on our specs for pricing, neighborhood and amenities.
