“We use OAC Tech support for two of our companies. The whole team is fantastic, but specifically, Alex is the BEST. Through every issue, no matter how big or small, he is patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. He not only solves our questions and issues in a timely manner but also takes time to patiently educate us on what was done and what to expect. More recently, he completed a migration project between our two companies, and I have to say that the process went so much more smoothly than any other migration project I've been through with my previous employers. “The store with the A-team on staff. Patient, communicative employees. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door. While I was waiting for my turn, I observed the employees teach a disabled person how to use their phone, assist an elderly couple update their phone, and help non-English speakers buy a new phone. Crystal helped me and she was awesome. Explained the warranty to me, let me take my time picking out a phone number (such a stressful decision!), and hunted in the backroom to find the phone case I wanted.Highly recommend this store. It was a great experience overall.”

“Initial setup was relatively quick but it took quite a bit longer to make the fiber link which was annoying. However, the service has been perfectly reliable and the upload and download speeds always exceed the rated 500 megs. So, all in all, I love them.As opposed to CenturyLink whose DSL was very slow and amazingly unreliable. I disliked them so much for that, and other reasons, that I had them remove their phone line from my house.In comparison, USI is a knight in white armor.”

“We came in the Mall of America store to ask questions regarding updating my husbands phone. We ended up updating my phone as well. Eduardo assisted us, explained everything to us, answered our many questions, and spent time with us to make sure we understood everything we needed to. “The Burnsville T-Mobile store has always been my go to T-Mobile store (even though there are some stores closer to where I live). I recently went to the Burnsville store to upgrade my IPhone. Alex was extremely helpful! He spent a lot of time helping me and making sure I understood the upgrade, the cost, the features, and what features I would need. He didn’t try to sell me things I did not need. He is an excellent employee!!”

“The guys were so kind and helped me with my phone issue. As soon as I walked in, one person said welcomingly, I'll be right with you, please check in. I checked in with QR code, and a guy helped, but he didn't know how to fix the issue, so he called another guy, and another, and they decided the phone needed to be replaced. They placed the order for replacement and the phone is coming in a day! Feels good to know they welcome you and want to take care of your issue. Good people.”

“Josh helped us get the info lined up for a a big multiprocessing upgrade knowing he wouldn't get the sale the following day. Mike spent alot of time with us making everything go smooth and easier for us the next day. By far the best customer service I could have expected from both of them. “Special Thank You to McKenzie today at EP TMobile. We had closed an internet account due to a move, forgotten PIN, and a credit that was not clearing or getting back to us properly. It took us multiple phone calls and visits, and today McKenzie was patient, kind and resolved the challenge within an hour. Note to management: rating McKenzie a 5, not TMobile. Management needs to update their policies for closed accounts and returning credit to customers.”

“Service and support is incredible. We've had zero issues with our service and the speeds have been consistent and extremely quick. Today our fiber cable was cut by heavy equipment working at our neighbors house, Gigabit techs were at our house no more than 5 minutes after I talked with customer service. We were without internet for less than 45 minutes! I can't imagine how long we would have been down if we were with one of the big competitors. We will be long time customers.”

“Okay, I NEVER write reviews, but felt compelled this time because I simply dread everything about the process of getting a new phone. I wait as long as possible, in this case 6 years. I went from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 14. Walked in, girding my loins, expecting the process to take all day. Did read reviews here about a guy named Darion and almost called first to see if he was on duty, but just gambled. Lucky for me, he was there and available to help. Made a dreaded process joyful, fast, slick and complete. Yup, this guy needs to be valued, promoted, given a raise, whatever. I'd put him on any kind of service team in any sector. Truly, how rare is good service these days, especially in mobile/tech land?? Thank you, Darion!”

“After having a lot of difficulty setting up our transfer from Verizon mobile, and after 8 hours on the phone over 7 calls with the Xfinity call center, I decided to go in and get things squared away at the Ridgedale store. We spoke with the manager, Sasha, and she was exceptional. She cared about our issues, she took the time to assist us in our frustration, and she made things right. And she helped us prepare our old phones for trade-in. A terrible experience with the call center led to an incredible experience with Sasha. Thank you!”

“The entrance can be an inconvenience if you are carrying a child in a car seat (yes, I was tempted to leave my kid in the car but no I didn’t - great to know I’m still not that irresponsible lol) so I pulled through going up the stairs but let me say it was a wonderful experience other than the both of the guys that helped me were beyond friendly and helpful. I was able to turn in my phone and they verified it was all clean and gave me a receipt for the return all in a matter of minutes. Asked a couple of questions and they were very clear to answer them all. Very pleased with my experience here.”
