I worked directly with Zoe from Interior Define in Edina, when I was shopping for a new couch. I was quite indecisive and had visited the store several times even though we live 7 hours away. Zoe was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on fabric and couch style. Our couch arrived this week and I am so pleased. The design and color are exactly as expected and the quality seems very nice.
I know that prior to this new ownership, Interior Define had some poor reviews. Even I, myself, was hesitant to purchase after reading the poor experiences others had had prior to 2020. I want to put your mind at ease and let you know that working with Interior Define was such a breeze. Since you are ordering a fully custom item, the delivery time is longer (ours was about 5 months). But it is worth it. So if you’re on the fence, I’d highly recommend going to Interior Define and working with Zoe. She’s the best.

Lucy at Interior Define was amazing in helping choose new furniture for my remodeled home in Edina. She was so fast and knowledgeable with the computer her computer couldn’t keep up with her.

Lucy went above and beyond to help us find the perfect custom sofa for our living room to accommodate a large coffee table we already have, but also to help us visualize the custom piece in our space with full renderings, measurements and mock-ups using specific fabrics we were interested in. The best!! Thank you, Lucy!!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Elise at Interior Define, and we can't sing her praises enough! Elise was instrumental in helping us fine-tune our Havenly design, showcasing an impressive knowledge about the products and options available. Her expertise and care shone as she guided us in selecting the perfect fabrics that not only matched our aesthetic but also suited our lifestyle needs.
Although we have yet to receive our product, if the quality of what we ordered is anything like the quality of the service we received, we will be absolutely thrilled. Oh, and the mimosas and pastries were a delightful touch, making the experience even more enjoyable!
Thank you, Elise, for your outstanding service. We can't wait to see our new pieces in our home!

After weeks of deciding and fine tuning my sofa selection I finally ordered it. Throughout this process Lucy Rivera has been a God send, answering a miriad of questions, responding so quickly to my texts and emails, guiding me through all the choices and never making me feel like a bother. She's kind, sweet, personable and knowledgeable. I am so relieved the selection process is over and my sofa is on track to being custom made with all the details I needed. A big thank you to Lucy.

I was on the fence about a few different couch designs and colors. After speaking with Design Expert, Lucy Rivera, I got a much better understanding of my options and was able to quickly narrow down my selection. She was extremely knowledgable and personable, definitely eased my anxieties about such a large purchase. Can't wait for my new couch to arrive!

Adam and Zoe and the ENTIRE team is over the top sooooo helpful and generous with their time and attention to detail. Adam manages the store and puts his heart into what he does. They have been SO incredibly helpful on a large scale industrial project we’ve been working on, and I could not be more grateful for the team at Interior Define! They made our job way easier and were such a delight to brainstorm with. We are SO excited for the 3 couches we ordered to arrive and accessories! Lucy was so patient and kind when it came to picking out a couch. I changed my mind like 4 times and she was with me every step of the way. She followed up and double checked everything was to my liking. It was a pleasure picking out a couch and knowing it is EXACTLY how I want it. 10/10 efficient, knowledgeable, and communicative.

While I have yet to receive my products for a couple weeks, I am truly amazed by the experience I have had thus far with Interior Define. Shortly after looking over their website and ordering some free fabric swatches, Zoe contacted me via email. I have never had a company reach out to me offering interior design services nor had the product expertise or guidance that Interior Define provided when making an important purchase online. Zoe was very helpful and gave insightful suggestions that culminated into our selection of a sectional and ottoman that checked all of the boxes. I was impressed with all of the fabric choices, especially the performance fabrics that are non-toxic. Having contact with an interior designer that was knowledgeable about the products that Interior Define offers really made a huge difference. I received outstanding customer service and support, even during the weekend. I’m truly looking forward to enjoying our new pieces of furniture when they arrive. Thanks, Zoe!

She was super knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, showed me lots of options in the store, and sent me home with a few swatches to think about.
