Every time we exit this branch, we leave unhappy. We blame the company.Their system is inefficient, they block our personal and business accounts all the time for normal purchases, and to get them unlocked you have to call customer service, the go to the branch, then call again customer service, again!?They were unable to help me with a wire transfer just because the manager was not there, making us risk our business project for no reason.We will definitely be looking for other banks in the future. Very unpleasant experience.

This place is without a shadow of a doubt the worst place for any banking transaction. They open late, can’t provide any of the services advertised, provide horrible customer service, and are beyond incompetent. Save yourself the brain damage and bank somewhere else. If there was an option for negative 5 stars, this place deserves it.

Horrible bank even worse branch. Customer service is non existent, don’t let them waste your time. I will be taking all my accounts + the one I was trying to open to a different banking institution.

Tried opening a new bank account. The first time I went in I was told I'd need to book an appointment, so I did. Came back several days later for the appointment and was told the manager was too busy to see me, they'd need to reschedule. I'd taken time off work to go there, but apparently I'm not worth their time. I won't be rescheduling, I'll take my business to a bank that doesn't treat people like dirt.

I’m being charged for things now that I wasn’t charged or before, I think it’s time to find a new bank. They have all my money that they are making interest on and paying me nothing for interest on top of it .

I came here after work expecting to wait in a long line (since it is always long now that TCF has become Huntington). Came to an even worse outcome, nobody was here and there's a sign saying this location is closed due to lack of staff. Please update online at least so I could've done something more productive.

Terrible. I check online to see what the hours of operations are, it is stated lobby is closed Monday's, unfortunate, but I can manage another day. Show up on Tuesday....this location is only open in the lobby by appointment only. Really? You can't list that on your website? Proceed to call the 800 number for assistance, over a 2 hour wait. Clearly not ready to have merged with TCF.
