Something has changed at Grandview. Their work used to be pretty good and they used to be responsive. Not anymore. Nearly all the service work we have had done there on a few different cars over several months has been very poor. What has added insult to injury is that they have become unresponsive ... thus this Google review.
Here is a list off their botched jobs
Oil change - 2015 Lexus RX - too much oil (1 1/2 quarts too many)
Oil change - 2010 Tahoe - too much oil (1 + quarts too many)
Front end alignment - 2010 Tahoe (worse than when I dropped it off)
Front end alignment resolution - 2010 Tahoe (still not right, had to have another shop ultimately resolve).
A call to the home office to engage in a resolution - no return call
A written letter to ownership to engage in resolution - no response.
Draw your own conclusions from this experience but my suggestion is to find a shop that is interested in doing the job right.

Best experience! Had a tire blow out on the highway. After getting the spare on- they were the closest shop in radius. Staff were so kind right away (worked with Jonathan who is an all star), and estimated getting my tire fixed in a day or so. They were much quicker- and got my car back same day and even gave me a ride in their courtesy shuttle with me being in the area! Grateful for kindness after a stressful situation. 10/10 go here for your auto needs. I will be back!

These guys were awesome. Simple, easy and fast. They were professional and didn't try to upsale me. Matter of fact, I thought my air filter looked dirty, and they said it's good and they would check it the next time.
I'll be coming back!

This place is the best. I won’t go anywhere else to get my oil change. They are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They never talk down to you or make you feel like you don’t know what you’re talking about.

Great service! These guys are good at what they do and they don't try to upcharge like most quick lubes do I've gotten an oil change and brought in a flat for them to fix. Happy with both interactions, and I can safely say that I'll be coming back for future needs.

Made an appointment, guys were all friendly and nice. My repairs were more than the vehicle was worth and they told me that up front, didn't try to just sell me their service.

You can always tell when an auto shop is a good one because they're usually booked really far out in advance that is the case with this particular auto shop but the staff is super helpful and they do oil changes as walk-ins kind of like a Valvoline oil but it's not super busy at the obvious busy times so if you go in at 8:00 in the morning on a Saturday you can more than likely get in and the great part is is they're less than 20 minutes to get it done and there is a Caribou Coffee that's right there so you can just drive up give them your car get Caribou Coffee have a sandwich they also do have free coffee themselves in their facility but they do everything very quickly and there were no surprises and they looked over my vehicle for me overall good quality I'd rather go to places that are like smaller mom and pop shops then a large kind of franchise auto shop cuz I feel like they just don't care as much but this place definitely cares
