I returned some items here that I purchased online during the sale and some of the clothing I received looked worn and unbuttoned, smelled of heavy perfume, and they were missing tags. Apparently, if you return these items to the store you’ll look like you did it to these clothes. Even if I give them the heads up she questioned whether or not to return it. I received it like this. It’s not my fault Free People has poor quality control!

So actually I really like the store however the last few times I've been there I've seen ladies follow me and kind of act like I'm about to steal. it's just kind of sucks because it takes the joy out of shopping for me. Every single time I come here. I spend hundreds of $$ and I feel like I'm being watched so closely. I get that. Sometimes you have to do that when you have a lot of people but literally I was the only one in the store, maybe like one other person. It kind of feels like I don't want to go back there anymore. Makes me sad because it's the kind of story where you kind of have to try to stuff before you buy because of how oversized some items are. I won't be coming back there again.

Had a great time! I have always walked passed this location but I decided to come in with my sister. We found what she needed and the staff helped us and had a great attitude!! Definitely will be back!!!

I love free people tho its quite expensive... but its nice cuz when they dont sell their clothes they give them to places like nordstrom rack so you can pick em up on da loww haha or, well, lower..

My daughter attempted to purchase some items from the store. She asked if they had one of the items in a smaller size and the sales person said no turned and walked away. Would not come back

Went in at 24 weeks pregnant to trying to find some options to wear going into summer thst will fit postpartum and also be my style. The staff made me feel so welcome and stylish. They embraced where I'm at and suggested some items I'd never have tried. It was such a positive experience!
