The employees don’t have a clue on what is going on inside the store. I had three people help me to finally find my package. I use UPS weekly and never have a problem.

I came in with a complicated issue. Dan was incredibly kind, listened to the issue, and brought in a supervisor to help once he realized it was beyond the scope of his knowledge. Jackie came to the rescue and immediately began figuring out how to best resolve the issue.

What a miserable experience at this store. Granted, it was 30 minutes to close on a Friday but of the three agents who were on staff, they either ignored me, or looked through me like I wasn’t even real. I had a relatively simple ask for a setup and they refused to even acknowledge what I was asking. Simply one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in recent memory. The one agent, Jordan was particularly unhelpful and rude.The agent, Jordy at uptown location solved the issue in literally under 2 minutes and I was in and out in 5 minutes.

The team at the Edina location of FedEx Printing & Shipping are beyond words, fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with them in May 2023 to print the programs for my wedding. Throughout the process, the whole team was very attentive to detail and willing to go above and beyond to assist customers.In particular, Paul helped us create a prototype before submitting our order, and was able to give us recommendations of what kind of special paper to use to ensure the ink didn’t smudge. Even working solo in a busy store, nearing closing time, and with lots of other customers coming in & out, he was still so patient and helpful. Additionally, the store manager, Jackie, was so gracious and kind after we found out about a last-minute venue change (10 days before our wedding, our venue canceled on us!). Despite that, Jackie was able to coordinate getting our programs reprinted and folded by the team in time for our wedding.The programs turned out absolutely beautiful, and were the perfect touch to our special day! Looking back, I am SO glad I had our programs printed at FedEx instead of paying 5x more for the same thing from a stationery company like The Knot, Minted, or Zazzle… I was able to get a physical prototype first before submitting my order, and also have the *best* customer service experience - both of which you don’t get when ordering stationery online! Thank you again to Jackie, Paul, and the whole FedEx team! 100% would recommend!

Spent $27 to ship something important for a two day arrival. It took 5. No apology or compensation. Go to UPS. Faster and cheaper

There was an error in the size of my order and they reprinted right away to fix it. Final product looked great and customer service was top notch.

FedEx/Kinko's now charge a $2.50 surcharge if they make photocopies for you. This used to be their job, but now they want extra money for it. Shame on them! I had six copies made at a total of just 24¢ . . . but with the added surcharge, my bill was $2.74! How ludicrous! This is NOT good customer service. You'd think they would want to help consumers during the midst of a raging inflation, instead of adding new fees for basic services. I'm a schoolteacher who makes many photocopies all year long for my classes, but I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
