This pharmacy is the worst of the worst. I have tried getting medication refills from here for my home care patients who are very fragile and need their medications reliably. Express scripts will say they are working on filling a medication and it will arrive in 5-7 business days. After that time passes the meds are still not delivered. I call back and the customer service is snippy, unhelpful, rude, and seemed offended that I was even calling. They said the meds had been canceled and couldn’t tell me who canceled them. They said they’ll go ahead and put the order in but can’t guarantee it’ll actually be filled this time. They also rudely informed me that their pharmacists aren’t able to talk to customers about if/when meds will actually be filled. Basically, use this pharmacy if you don’t actually need your medication and love dealing with attitude ridden entitled customer service reps.

So disappointing. They screwed my RX 3 times and you have no way to get it resolved except to sit on the phone for 25 minutes multiple times a week. Avoid using this at all cost. I assure you waiting at CVS or anywhere is better than this. You will go without a prescription if try to use the service!!!

I Really wish there was an option to give a Negative 5 Stars!!Terrible Terrible Company. Tried to refill 3 of my prescriptions without being asked to or on a auto refill and tried to charge me $150!!!! How many other people get scripts sent to them without ordering them? Ripping off them and insurance companies. Also received an email saying they could NOT refill the one prescription that Was on auto refill and was Already received a week ago!!!Prices through Good RX are cheaper!!!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Express ScriptsBLS

It’s just unbelievable the amount of work someone has to do to get your son a prescription for asthma. What is these people are paying for? Just to answer calls and get an attitude? Because for sure they do not have answers or can’t take a little bit of initiative to help! It’s ridiculous your son has to be kept at home because he can’t go to recess or he will get an asthma attack that will then need prednisone to control it!

Express Scripts is one of the most horrific examples of a company that is taking advantage of people tha need their help. Disgusting immoral practices. They will hold back medication beyond its due date and lie about shipping. Supervisors will promise delivery and medication will still not ship. If meds are out of stock they will lie until they can get it which unfortunately will put people in a terrible situation when running out of necessary medicine. This company should be investigated about their business practices. If you have another option use it. No saving is worth the aggravation they will put you through on a monthly basis. I have needed to call in excess of 19 times per month to insure getting 3 prescriptions. Hopefully at some point they are replaced by a decent company . Try to go anywhere else!!!!!!

Medica referred me to express scripts to fill a family prescription that was in short supply. Express scripts told me they could fill it , then they could not. The above repeated three times over 5 weeks, and then they went silent on the matter. This was a huge waste of time.

Their automated answering system is horrible. I cannot find out the status of my medication online on the website and when I finally find it, it says my automatic refill will be in three months time and it is stuck on processing. As it turns out it did ship out today. However, the website provides miss information so I had to, after several attempts through the automated service, ask for an agent who was very helpful. Interestingly, the phone system hung up before I was able to evaluate the agent. Like I said she was great but the automated system I think it's possibly the worst I've ever encountered. Avoid Express Scripts if you can.

Absolutely horrible. Phone calls are often dropped. Apparently there’s no notes left between representatives because everyone gives conflicting information. There are always roadblocks and delays in in getting medication. I’ve had to pay double the cost for medications at a local pharmacy because Express Scripts makes it impossible to get your medication in a timely matter without gaps. They make living with an illness, dependent on medication/medical supplies, an actual nightmare. Working with Express Scripts feels worse than my disease itself.

Makes getting prescriptions incredibly difficult and time-consuming. The rules about having to get my maintenance prescriptions home-delivered instead of being able to pick them up are absolutely absurd.

I recommend avoiding Express Scripts. My husband's medication is now late due to their poor communication and rules. He had to write a note to give permission for the doctor to move forward on a prior authorization. We never had problems at Walgreens with getting this particular medication filled.

I've never experienced such frustration with a prescription provider -- it should be illegal to make it so difficult for consumers to access their medications. Express Scripts of course requires patients to use home delivery for coverage, but there is always a major barrier to receiving...inexperienced customer representatives (had one ask me what a flu shot was...?); a portal that breaks weekly; inconsistent coverage rules; pushy sales tactics; prescription pricing that auto-charges your card and changes quite literally day-to-day without explanation.I've had medication arrive a month later with tire tracks on it, prescriptions cancelled without my approval; my card charged for medication that was months away from being in stock. I desperately wish a state AG would take on Express Scripts because their ineptitude has real impact on people who should not have to spend hours on the phone sorting out medication access.

Co-pay costs are always fluctuating. Their claim is that they’re continually negotiating with the manufacturer. So expect prices to change monthly. They’re habitually late on refilling prescriptions…but will not fully cover the costs if you go to a different pharmacy, so you either get it 1-2 weeks late, or break the bank. They’re not supportive of mental health and will read off a list of codes as to why your medication will not be covered. They have zero leniency for patients who have endured trials of trying their “preferred” covered medications.Even with medical specialists verification and provider documentation stating that the patient NEEDS it, express scripts will continue to deny coverage.Overall, their capitalism on human health is disgusting.Hopefully one day they’ll be found guilty of profiting from sickness, and reckless neglect by postponing accessibility to patients who need their essential medication daily.

Would rather get kicked in the teeth than deal with customer service again. It seems as though the customer service personnel are really just responsible for frustrating customers by wasting their time and hoping they just hang up and stop trying to get claims processed.

got automated call confirming authorization accepted on brand name med required by name with zero co pay with teir reduction. Call sams club they said $488.00 each refill. Spent 6 hours on hold and momentary transfers for 6 hours on 2 phones at the same time all day. People hardly spoke broken english and kept messing with their head sets at home so you could hardly hear while yet they spoke over me in giggling antagonizing and laughing, purposeful methodology. making me repeat 50 times my account info they already obtained 49 times. Simple computer to sam's club (preferred supplier) interface error was never addressed. refusal to transfer me to tier level reduction department that has 3 employees who have always done 0 copay like automated call already stated. over 500 dollars a month for good insurance. This is U-care subcontractor. Shame on you for abusive treatment of a deathly ill person who has paid full boat $$$ their whole life. They don't care who you are or what their supposed to do to complete a very very simple transfer to tier reduction appeals department. Surely they are mostly newer employees and covid has made them and all medical office worked fried out. But this is obscene. Shame on this company. The attorney general needs to investigate and take away any covid or PPP loans or funds they got richer on. I mean business.
