This company is horrible to deal with, we had their service for a few years and we experienced outages like crazy. Maybe 2 times per month. We switched over to Comcast over a year ago and sent a termination letter with all our business lines being moved over. They have continued to bill us for no services, when you call to deal with it nobody responds or answers phone calls. A year later they are still charging us. If anybody knows how to handle, please let me know.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. Customer service and NOC team is nice enough and they try, but they aren't knowledgeable enough about the services they are providing to assist promptly. Currently we have services that have been down for over 24 hours - still no resolution in sight.
