Came in on a random Sunday. Was greeted enthusiastically by several. Not only found two pairs of pants that I love but expressed dissatisfaction with a pair of jeans purchased a couple months earlier and they bent over backwards to make things right for me. Really appreciate it!

I visited the Evereve store in Edina today with my family. When we walked in no one greeted us. I knew the item I was looking for, as I’d seen it online, so I was pretty quick to grab two sizes and head to the dressing room. I stood outside the dressing room waiting to be helped for several minutes. Multiple workers walked past me and completely ignored me. Finally, I just walked into a dressing room. I found the size that fit me and walked over to the counter to pay. I stood there waiting for several minutes as the employees stood around talking to each other. Finally, a woman asked if I’d been helped. I told her no and she told one of the girls that was talking in a group to come help me. The girl proceeded to to check me out and be extremely rude- she even insinuated that I would not be back. Upon leaving, my sister said she was not offered any help or water, but another customer right by her was. Additionally, my husband said that he witnessed two employees look in our direction and whisper something to each other (while no one was helping us). This was an incredibly terrible experience. Evereve corporate- this store needs customer service training ASAP. Probably bias training while you’re at it- judging from the other reviews.

Not impressed with the customer service. My husband purchased a gift for me here and they didn’t ask him for a phone number. I didn’t save the receipt because I have an account and didn’t think I’d need it. The item didn’t fit and they did not allow me to return, exchange, or get store credit without the receipt. Even when I showed them our credit card statement. The item was new with tags and never worn and I tried to return within 2 weeks of the purchase.

Don't expect to receive any customer service/greeting/unasked for assistance unless you're slim and wealthy-appearing. Yikes!

Went into this store tonight looking for one specific item I saw online. The store was practically empty- maybe one or two customers besides myself and a handful of associates. I was in the store for about ten minutes. During that time, no associates greeted me, offered to help me, or even acknowledged me. The store itself is beautiful and was well organized, but the staff completely ignored me and just stood around chatting with each other. I’m actually thankful the item I came for didn’t fit as I really didn’t want to spend my money there.

There seems to be a lack of customer service at this location. Walked in, walked around for a good 10 to 15 minutes with no one offering to help. Finally was asked if we were still doing ok, but by then didn’t feel all that valued and left the store. There were plenty of people working who could have asked much earlier. Drove to the Mall of America location and within seconds someone was helping my wife and suggesting items.I shopped with my 9 year old daughter before Christmas at your Woodbury location and again fantastic service within minutes.Might be good to look at this so customers feel valued at this location.

I have a totally differeny experience at this store when I’m with a Caucasian friend than when I go alone as a non-white person. This is my least favorite Evereve store in town… the folks who work here are very VERY icy to me always, and the difference is almost hilarious because they’ll be warm and welcoming to (older-appearing, Caucasian, Edina) ladies ahead of me, then just check me out with no smile or eye contact. The Grand Ave location is just much more… normal. I agree with many of the other reviewers, consistently walk out with a bad taste in my mouth.

Worst shopping experience I have ever had. Felt incredibly judged by the woman who was "helping" me. I asked for her to check on an item for me and she proceeded to tell me that would be too bothersome for her to do. Then to find out the woman who worked with me was the manager. Steer clear of Amy and this store. This store is about woman empowerment, but I was so uncomfortable I walked out without buying anything and a bad taste in my mouth.

My sister barb went into this store and i havent seen her since. I think she lost herself in your stores. The rosedale store was a bargainstorein store. I dont shop becuz of aptsmand burglars.

Today I visited Evereve, I store I have purchased from in the past and used to adore. Today all five employees that were working proceeded to look me up and down, judge me and refused to say hello or acknowledge my presence. For a brand that is all about women empowerment, you really missed the mark. So disappointed.
