“Shopping for my 1st pair of prescription glasses I came armed with the research necessary to help me make decisions. Jen at the Target Optical absolutely made all that behind the scenes research unnecessary. Jen has been working there for 5 years so her encyclopedic knowledge was vast.Without an ounce of pressure we discussed options.Having brought in my own designer frames was one of the reasons I chose Target. They have a policy on this allows, so all I needed was to get the correct details of the lens. They do have to send my frames out, so I was given a 14-21 day time frame.Also, I was given warning that the frames could get lost in the mail or cracked, but this I HOPE was just to cover a possible legal battle should this occur. Once Jen calls me, hopefully within the 14 days period I will write a second review.Thank you,Judith PS I kept the star rating to 4 until my new glasses arrive.”

“Unlike many other Target stores, these “team members” will gladly walk me to where the item I seek is located when I tell them I have poor vision.

But corporate is being run by computers that are telling them not to stock things that don’t turn fast enough. For example, a nail file? T(never mind nails, or a hardware department, it’s 12 liner feet now? Remember when you could buy inner tubes?

There is seldom a time something I want isn’t out of stock. The other computer algorithm is less inventory. That means still more out of stocks. But what the bigwigs don’t understand is that lost sales, though incalculable, are a huge expense.

But I won’t shop anywhere else. I mean, really, Walmart? ?”

“I checked out at station 13 at 1:15. The woman who checked me out was the kindest sweetest person I’ve ever meet. She was so respectful and I had a better day after talking with her. She deserves a raise. ❤️”
