I guess I should take it as a compliment that I wasn’t greeted by the foreign European employee but the middle aged dumpy women who came in after me were. I had a question about their recycling program and she couldn’t have been more unhelpful and dismissive.

I was in the store looking for several replacement items.. several pairs of pants,tops. I love their system, have lost weight and wanted to replace several things . Two employees …. One steaming clothes and one unpacking. I rummaged through several racks looking for size..very clearly looking. No one acknowledged me and no one offered to help. I finally left, after 5-8 minute of clearly looking for help.. so don’t blame the internet. You have forced me to go fund what I need so I will go online. If your stores would have helped a customer today they likely would have had a $1,000 sale. It’s happened before at this location and I won’t be going back.

I can't say enough about Lauren and her team. Every salesperson goes above and beyond. They will help you locate a piece that is not available in their store and they are neutral with an honest opinion, if needed. Eileen's clothing is manufactured in sustainable ways, including buy back of your unwanted pieces. Everyone is well trained and happy to help with all aspects of your sale. I have never had a negative experience at the Galleria store!! In fact, a trip to EF is normally a terrific pick me up. This store continues to be on the forefront when it comes to special zoom events and helpful holiday shopping assistance.

Wanted an Eileen Fisher long cardigan that can double as a lightweight coat here in Northern California and would get lots of use. Sold out all over the country except this one store in Edina, Minnesota. Called and spoke with Katherine who couldn't have been nicer and arranged to have the item shipped to me. I have not received it yet, but am sure I'll love it, and it was on SALE!!!!

I wish I could afford to buy an entire closet full of clothes here. Quality, classic pieces in fabrics that stand the test of time. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sale rack in the back of the shop is a must if you visit. I've scored some serious deals on this rack.

What is a Cali girl doing buying clothing from a store in Minnesota you say? Coats! It all stared with a cold snap we just had, and the desire for a not to puffy puffer coat. Many hours of searching narrowed it down to an Eileen Fisher coat that had a nice slim line. It was on sale...and not available online or at any stores West of the Mississippi in my size. Customer Service put me in touch with this location. Beata could not have been more helpful when I called. She took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, and would ship it the next day. Despite a huge snow storm in the Midwest, it arrived on the day she had arranged. It fit perfectly, and did not make this buxom blonde look like a stuffed animal. LOVE!
