Elaine at Edina Diamonds assisted us in creating a custom ring for our 40th anniversary. The ring incorporated my original diamond, my mother's diamond and a new one. She was very informative on choosing a new diamond and stayed within our price range. Choices were provided for a two toned ring for my husband. The whole process was very smooth. I cannot say enough good things about this business and their employees. They helped craft the perfect wedding band/engagement band that felt like me! I have never had such a positive experience in retail, let alone Diamond shopping! My husband and I went to several other stores and none compare.

I had 3 heirloom rings sized and apprqised there. Never purchased thier products but i would happily do more business there. They gave me a deal for multiple items and charged me way less than any other jewler in the area quoted me. Very professional and knowlegable. Would reccomend

Super quick and easy appraisal process. I had called around since my ring was not purchased locally and Edina Diamond was one of the few that did it in house same day and it was very affordable! Will definitely return for further appraisal needs!

When my husband and I started the process of designing a wedding band to accompany the engagement ring I inherited, my mother insisted that I go to Edina Diamond Center FIRST as she has been a long time customer. Being the obedient daughter that I am, I followed her advice. From the moment I walked in I was so impressed with the service. Edina Diamond Center doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a big fancy jewelry store but for that reason, they are able to provide HIGH quality diamonds at a very reasonable price. I received undivided attention and an individualized consult (despite not having an appt). Edina Diamond Center helped me design my wedding band and I could not be happier with the outcome. They created exactly what I dreamed of with a very reasonable turn around time. I get compliments every single day. I will be following in my mother's footsteps and plan to be a loyal customer moving forward! I have also sent several friends here to redesign family heirlooms and they have been very pleased as well.

Dana was able to make an appointment with me that worked with my work schedule so I could finally sell my old wedding ring. It was quick and easy which is all I could have hoped for. She was detailed in her inspection and the offer was really close to what I had anticipated before going in after doing my research.

Michael and his team are the best jewelry people in town!They explained the entire process with me, showed me how to look at diamonds through a loop and on the computer.Their prices were significantly less than the other stores that you hear commercials for on the radio and TV..I would highly recommend Edina Diamond Center to anyone looking to get excellent quality jewelry or diamonds for a fraction of the price!

Dana and other employee did a very thorough, very reasonable appraisal on some Diamond rings from an estate. You could tell being there, what great customer service they offered, and how they took their time with very grateful customers.
