I had a great experience shopping at Dugo. Left with something absolutely perfect I would never have chosen for myself thanks to expert advice from Alisa and Nancy. They couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. I’m a mostly online shopper but I am so happy I actually went into a store!.

I felt like a million bucks trying on dresses for my cousins destination wedding. It’s so hard to pick out dresses and with their styling expertise, they picked out some amazing dresses knowing that they would flatter me and look truly immaculate, and classy with my hourglass figure. It’s been so hard to find something that fits my shape until I stopped at DUGO! As I was trying dresses on, I’d walk out to the big mirrors, while other women in the shop were stunned and it just made me feel even better! I felt like a top model! They did an over the top job helping me feel good and confident for all of the outfits for the wedding weekend. Sit back, and let them work their magic! Be open to let them know what you’re looking for! The ladies are all professional stylists and specialize in their merchandise and I was just blown away by their knowledge! They made me feel like a Princess! ? Best customer service and formal dress shopping experience that I’ve ever had in my entire life! I am so glad I chose DUGO for wedding apparel. I definitely know I will NOT be wearing the same dress as someone else because they are all unique unlike buying one from a competitor.

Wow, the ladies here are so friendly and lovely! I had the nicest experience popping in today when an aqua coat caught my eye. They recommended dresses that really complemented my features and style. What a great boutique with excellent pieces!

Tried a dress on that was too large so they ordered a smaller size without telling me I could not return it. I would never had ordered a dress without the option of a return. Ridiculous!

I have been looking for a dress for a wedding for a few weeks. I was very discouraged because the sales people had all been very unhelpful and rude and I'm not easy to fit. My friend told me to try Dugo. I walked in and immediately felt relieved. Alisa was there to greet me. I told her my issue and she said, don't worry, I've got you! Boy did she ever. She chose a dress I never would have thought would look good on me. The first one I tried on and it was perfect. Then she helped me find another one for a different wedding. Nancy, another sales associate helped too. They were so sweet and helpful. I ended up with 2 dresses in less than 30 minutes. I'd highly recommend this store. Friendly, helpful, understand and fun people work there. You will love your experience.

Wonderful small business with amazing staff. Mary is especially helpful and had great taste when I was looking for a dress for a party. The owner gets very high quality clothing from small designers from all over the world! It is always fun to stop in and see what they have. I am a larger size, so it is not always easy to find clothes in a store that look great for women that look like me. Most designers will make something that is fit for a smaller person, but run the same look up to a larger size. That is not what Dugo does. The clothes they have were not made for tiny teenagers! They are designers that are age appropriate and fit for me! Dugo does a great job making me feel beautiful and listened to.

My best friend flew in from TX so I could help her find a dress for her son’s wedding. After hitting all the department stores be headed to Dugo. Once we walked in we knew we were in the right place. We received exceptional help by Alison. Our entire experience was exceptional and most importantly, she said yes to the dress! I highly recommend Dugo.
