Saw many comments wait is more than an hour for walkins
I was in Luck i think, my process was done within 20 mins with walkins
I applied for drivers licence duplicate and application process went smoothly
Very helpfull staff answered all my questions thoroughly

Melvin is the BEST!! He was incredibly kind, considerate, friendly, and helpful when I came in to get my drivers license/real ID. He let me see my picture and let me retake it too! He made our experience really memorable in a positive way and I truly cannot recommend him enough. :)

The wait was reasonable. The staff were kind and prompt. I waited about 30 mins in line at 8:00am, and another 30 mins with my documents. Compared to other service centers, this has been my best experience with government documents.
