Sloppy Blizzard not served upside down and it should be free. When I mentioned to the drive through worker she laughed and said- only some locations follow that rule. I said well it’s on YOUR sign - and it’s false advertising to have a poster at the drive thru that says Blizzards served upside down or you’re next ones free.

DQ in Salem Illinois has new owner. Have always liked DQ. I’m told by manager. One ice tea spoon full of pecans is what they put in a pecan cluster blizzard. Don’t think that is going to work.

I tried to get the deal with the 85 cent blizzard and was informed. I had to be have the Dairy Queen app which had some kind of coupon. I couldn't get it to work and so I was unable to take advantage of the 85 cent special.I feel there's a lot of people that don't have phones that allow them to get into apps, and there should be other ways that you can get a deal if you're advertising it in. In Facebook, you're advertising it any other way. You shouldn't have to have a coupon so I was very disappoint it.

What a great DQ this is! I walked in needing a custom ice cream cake for a work party and Alison was so helpful . She went above and beyond to help me get a design locked in and I"m sure she worked long hours to get it just right. We were thrilled with the outcome and so glad she was so helpful. Thank you Alison :)

My wife and I went to DQ in Marshfield and were not served because all we had was a $100 bill and they would not honor cash since the order would have to be $75 ore more. Culver’s was more than happy to honor our cash and the staff were adults opposed to DQ having children running the store.

i ordered a flamethrower burger, my favorite, but at the Melrose location i was told they only put a blop on it, i removed the bun and sure enough there was a tiny blop on it not enough to get a taste of it, then the employees were talking back to me and that's it. my opinion is to never go back to that DQ because of the service and belittling i got from the 3 girls. the whole time i thought that the customer was right but not there. so DQ is not on my list in Melrose

The DQ in Belle Plaine is a disgrace to the franchise 40 minutes in drive through with 2 vehicles ahead of me 25 minutes at the speaker still didn't get waited on .

I will be giving you a 1 star because Mount Vernon, Washington State Dairy Queen Forgot about me and the people that was right behind me got theirs ice cream before me and this happen today too. I waited 20 min to get my blizzard

I am very disappointed at the service & ineptness of the management at the St Michael location. All I wanted was two blizzards, but "they can only do two orders at a time"....so I'm waiting for 15 minutes to even place an order and the counter person is standing there doing nothing. Another customer was standing in line with a box of ice cream bars from the freezer; it's a counter cash sale and he couldn't even get waited on-because "they can only do two orders at a time." I will not return to Dairy Queen.

I love Dairy Queen! I've gone there all my life and I am 78. I do have a problem with the French fries. They are cold and soggy when I get them. My suggestion is to fry them longer so they are crispy

Went to the DQ Grill and chill 3939 Eagan Dr., Savage, MN today around 1 p.m. my grandson bought the meal for me I had a chicken sandwich which was very small piece of chicken tiny pieces of lettuce tiny piece of tomato on a bun for five dollars and some odd cents $5.49 to be exact. My grandson had a coupon that his other grandma had given him and he has been using it and getting it back from every other Dairy Queen. This get Dairy Queen took it and then they ripped it and threw it away and he said he wanted it back and he taped it well then the manager took it and would not give it back said she needed it for the records but they had already thrown it away they want to have it for the records then so he was a bit upset that he didn’t get his coupon back that his grandma had given him and it did not say that you could not use it more than once Very disappointed with this visit at this particular Dairy Queen will not ever go there again

Yesterday my husband and I visited your store in mason city iowa store 11679. We went through the drive through. I ordered just a small chocolate malt. There were 3 young ladies working. It took longer then I think it should have. When I got my malt it was over blended and not as thick as I normally get. This store is always slow and no pride in their work. We only go to this store because it is the only dq in mason city

Our local Dairy Queen is always out of chocolate soft serve ice cream here in Monticello Kentucky its unbelievable how much business is lost because of it. And its been that way 2 years in a roll.
