I came here while in town for a week of work meetings. Very positive and energetic attitude and members are friendly. The coaching is great with good selection of modifications and a focus on form and technique. I definitely recommend!

This place is incredible. Friendly atmosphere, great coaches, truly an amazing community of people. If you're a long-time CrossFitter or brand new to it, CFEP is your gym!

I came from a gym that was forced to close and was sad to be going to any gym. Thankfully, CrossFit has become more than what I expected. The members here are amazing. Chris and Sonika are an amazing team and great owners. The programming is challenging but always scalable.
