I love the staff at this location! I’ve never had even a neutral experience, it’s always been great. They clearly love animals and are extremely knowledgeable. I just found out my cat has an allergy and Gwen helped me find food for my boy. They were very kind and helpful. Also the remodel looks so good!

We had a great shopping experience! The store manager, Brian, was very helpful in educating us on calming (anxiety) supplements and dental/chew options for our dogs. We also got our usual bags of dog food that we always get from C&Ds.

I love my Chuck and Don's and the customer service by Brian is extraordinary. I was in line when he had to deal with a man that became irate, extremely rude and down right mean because Brian was questioning him about the dogfood he wanted to return. It turns out he never even bought it at Chuck and Don's!?! After trying to reason with him and just asking the man questions about the return on his 3 year old bags of dogfood, Brian eventually took the product in and gave him his money. It was all I could do to bite my tongue and not jump in and tell this awful man a thing or two!?! Brian had the patience of a Saint and I cannot tell you how uncomfortable the interaction was. We feel the man must have issues and just needed the money though you would've never guessed it initially. Can't judge a book by their cover can you? Brian deserves a HUGE raise!! I still think about how kind he was when being sworn at and ridiculed by this individual. Kudo's (and hugs) to Brian!! Thank you for your kindness and excellent customer service!! Vicki
