Worked with Seth and had an upsetting experience. He was very disinterested in our needs and not attentive to what we were looking for at all. We felt like we had to sell the ring to ourselves. I felt as though he may have been profiling me and not taking me seriously as a customer. It was extremely off putting and we ended up going somewhere else after and had a 10x better experience. Would not recommend. Also not a fan of the cubic zirconia in the display rings. I typically don’t even write reviews but this experience stood out in a negative way unfortunately.

I am ecstatic with the wedding band we purchased from Brilliant Earth! The ring is beautiful and the craftsmanship outstanding. Alyse assisted us in the show room and did a wonderful job. She was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. Pay Brilliant Earth a visit! You will not be disappointed!!!!

I ordered a wedding band and was promised a complementary resize within the time frame. My fiancé needed a resize eventually but the staff said they could not provide a complementary one (even though i reached out during the complementary period and got email confirmation that it was fine) and I needed to pay 50% of the new ring and trade the old one in. Through this experience, the 4 staff I’ve communicated with promised a free resize which was the only reason why I made the purchase, after weeks of deliberation. This was not only one of the most costly mistakes I’ve made in my life but also I feel like I have been wrongly advertised to. I am now stuck with a band I cannot use but have no funds to purchase a new one.

Picking out the engagement ring was amazing. Beware the sales people will tell you anything even if it's not true. I bought the lifetime warranty and the other warranty they offer. I finally propose and the ring is falling off of her finger my fault I tried my hardest. So I call to find out what the steps are to get it re sized we live 3 hours away so it's not easy to get there. So I call and talk to someone the first person hangs up on me then I talk to someone else only to find out that we can either mail in the ring or come up there for them to send the ring off which takes up to 4 weeks and if you have someone else resize it then the warranty is void. None of this was told to me. Brilliant earth has some beautiful rings but beware they don't tell you everything. This is a common problem that I have researched about Brilliant earth. Sales people just wanna make that commission and Brilliant earth doesn't give a crap about the people they sell to

You have got to ask for Seth if you are going to Brilliant Earth. My girlfriend and I worked with Seth on engagement rings, and I was blown away. Seth's knowledge, attentiveness, and mind reading ability was outstanding. Yes, I said mind reading. My girlfriend wouldn't even have to say anything and Seth could tell how she felt about a ring. I would be hard-pressed to find another person in the world that could offer the level of service, in any industry, that Seth can offer.

We had an amazing experience shopping for our new engagement ring thanks to Kristen! We originally bought our ring during COVID and didn’t have the opportunity to shop in person back then. Kristen was fantastic—she walked us through the entire upgrade process and made everything so easy to understand. She took the time to teach us about the "5 Cs" and gave us all the information we needed to make a confident decision when we're ready to purchase. SETH is quite possibly the kindest, classiest, least pushy, most helpful sales person my boyfriend and I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
We came here first for ring shopping, and I would recommend anyone to come here even if you don’t end up buying a ring here (which we didn’t unfortunately). They do great education and they have a million different options to look at in terms of setting, shapes, and diamonds. And the online features are wonderful too.
I did end up finding my dream ring somewhere else. But the whole time we were at the other store, it was much less personable, and a much less pleasurable experience. Every time we went somewhere else we would leave saying “they just aren’t as good as Seth”. If I hadn’t found “the one” ring somewhere else I would for sure have bought one from Seth.
We likely will come back and continue to purchase our wedding bands and other jewelry from him. I would recommend Seth for a promotion, a raise, anything you could give him!

She was quick to communicate with us on every step of the process. I just received my soldered wedding ring just in time for my big day coming up in a few weeks! So in love with my piece!

Going into the showroom and picking out the engagement ring was a breeze. Ordering the actually ring was a bit hectic as the communication was spotty. Anyway, my fiancé proposed in August of 2023 and we sent my engagement ring in to get fixed due to a loose center stone in April of 2024. Brilliant Earth does NO in house repairs so each time they state it takes up to 4 weeks. When we got it back in May, the center stone was tightened but crooked. I wore it for a bit but then it ended up getting loose again so we just sent it back 2 weeks ago. My fiancé just picked it up and it’s still crooked. We get married in TWO weeks. Brilliant Earth told me if we want to send it in again we can, but it’ll take up to 4 weeks so we may not have it back in time. The offered a loaner ring but it would be a random ring, not my identical engagement ring.
