Rude customer service. Spent over $350 and found my eye shadow crumbled. Called right away. In the end they did not address this issue. I had to get a replacement direct from the line of cosmetics. Never returning to this business.

Sales associate was very concerned with making a sale instead of assisting me with finding the best product. I explained that I have allergic reactions to fragrance and asked if I could try one and sample it before I invest in the product. Associate said “if you’ve worn product from them before this won’t bother you” and rolled their eyes at me. While I have shopped here often and even brought friends in, after this latest experience I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I went on to purchase the same perfume from a different retailer. Simple human decency goes a long way in sales and this experience was disappointing.

I had called and was told I could return a blush I had ordered which broke without being dropped after a few weeks of receiving it. I went in and was told I ordered a different color so I couldn’t return this one, He told me I must be confused. I do not plan to shop this store anymore.

I went in there today to pick up some NARS and sunscreen and while the gentleman who ended up helping me out at check out was great, an older woman with short hair (dark and grey hair) stood standing glaring at me and another customer who was browsing. I have never experienced such bizarre and rude customer service…she stared at me and didn’t say a word when I smiled at her…I would not go back. It was bizarre and there’s no reason to treat someone who is in the store that way.

Saleswoman didn’t even bother to greet me and my mother. When I asked if they carried Asian skin care brands, the saleswoman scoffed, looked me up and down, and rudely said no with such a harsh tone in her voice. Will never be going back to a store in which the employees are so dismissive and clearly racially biased! Terrible!

My husband and I were browsing around this store and after several minutes (and after being greeted by an employee), a different employee came up to us and told us we needed to put masks on, and there was “a sign on the door saying this.” We hadn’t found anything we were interested in buying anyhow so we left, but we were confused as there were other customers in the store who were not wearing masks. As we passed the door, we noticed the sign said “masks recommended.” We then passed by the store later on and saw a couple checking out at the register and neither person was wearing a mask. If you’re going to enforce a mask policy, that’s fine, but maybe be fair and ask everyone who walks into the store to wear one, and not just select customers (and put a sign that actually states this on the door as well). Definitely won’t be returning.

The saleswoman today didn’t really seem to have much interest in helping me out with picking a product, seems very out of it. I brought in some products to return… couldn’t help feeling judged. Didn’t seem to know the lines they carry well, I asked for a recommendation on an ingredients I know BM carry many brands that make products for. I would have been so willing to spend some good money on a retinoid product if they were more friendly/knowledgeable.

Staff was very rude and inattentive. I was looking for a specific lipstick as a gift, and the person helping me seemed completely inconvenienced that I asked for assistance. The makeup products they have out are mostly samples, so it seems you have to go into drawers underneath other merchandise to get the actual products that aren’t testers. The person helping me retrieved the product I asked for, but it wasn’t until I got home that I realized she had handed me the wrong lip product entirely. Just ridiculous and unprofessional. Will not be purchasing from there again.

I’ve been a customer of blue mercury for years and have enjoyed learning of new trends and new skincare it’s been my go to place.I’ve preferred them to other stores that tend to cater to younger women without the complications of mature skin.Last night I was the only customer at the galleria store no came out to ask if I needed help.When they did come out for another customer that came in a bit after me they were just plain rude to me!I wish I was able to pay attention to the associates name all I can say is she had incredible nails, I was asking for help on several items and I felt like I was such a bother to her . I ended up purchasing a lipstick and by the time I left the store I was upset I felt like I was trying so hard to get the professional advice I was accustomed to from them.The two associates there were very dismissive and they felt pompous.Rudeness isn’t what I want to spend any of my money on!I don’t need to feel less than when I go to a supposedly professional environment.Bye bye like Julia Roberts in Pretty Women “Are you on commission? Big mistake....

Svetlana (Lana) welcomed me and made me feel comfortable right away. Ask for Lana. Very professional and courteous and I the loveliest time as she shared about the makeup, skin care. Showed me the most beautiful foundation and blush that fit with my skin tone and color. Has skills with color and with product knowledge. Absolutely the loveliest experience with makeup and with Lana. Thank you. That was really wonderful service. And I love my new makeup!
