They had absolutely wonderful customer service and made me feel like family. The owners daughter was very nice and polite. They had a wonderful selection of denim and t-shirts. They were very high quality and the vibes in the shop were just immaculate. The story of the two best friends is just inspiring. Overall a great shop.

If zero stars were possible to give, I would give zero! Very rude blonde woman who I believe is the owner. I grew up in this neighborhood and it is such a bummer to have a shop like this represent it! It’s never too much work to be kind to others. I hope going forward she can learn how to properly treat people that come into her space. So unfortunate. I hope to see better reviews in this google section in the future for her sake. Cute clothes, though.

Cute things, rude and pretentious owners. They talk amongst themselves, only greet people whom they seem to know. They judge you the moment you walk in and if you look "Edina ready", they will offer you help. The funny thing is, I went next door and spent a good chunk of money, they likely assumed I did not have. I would have gladly given them business if they had any ounce of humility and grace. They perpetuate the stereotype that Edina is a white, rich, insular bubble. It really is too bad.

Traveling from out of town and fell upon this darling boutique. Kindest saleswoman, very attentive and helpful. Great selection. Found some great basics and a couple on sale! Love supporting local small businesses.

Terrible customer service. Was told an item was out of stock, however, online showed it in stock. To avoid further headache, I purchased elsewhere. This hasn’t been a one time occurrence either - I’ll avoid this store going forward.

Please wear a mask and improve your attitude. I could see taking a break and removing your mask, but please put it on when customers are inside the store. Also the lady working seemed to have zero interest in helping customers and no customer service skills.

Was in yesterday and the blond woman working wasn’t wearing a mask while another client was in the dressing room, upon my entrance to the store she comes out and puts a mask on and then glares at me from behind the counter. I don’t give my business to places that don’t value the safety and well being of their clients.

This place has a great selection of denim and for that reason, I would normally give it at least 4 stars. Seriously, if you need jeans, this is the place to go. However, they have just really poor customer service. The two times I've gone, I've encountered the same blonde woman who generally gives me the impression that she could not be less interested and that I'm inconveniencing her by even walking into the store. Pity, because it's a cute boutique on a cute street, but what a downer every time.

This shop hasn't changed in 15 years. The staff is still rude and the selection consists of either sweats or very overpriced real housewives gear. If I see something I like, I'll just order it from Shopbop. Also, the sale rack is mostly past season castoffs that the owner has worn.

Nothing unique about it. It’s a lot easier finding your size and the same styles at bergdorfs or Bloomingdale’s instead, cheaper too. Plus a lot easier ordering online than having to go into the store. If they had more competitive prices I’d reconsider.
