My dad & I walked in after trying to upgrade our phone at Apple. Only to find out that AT&T didn’t let the sale go though do to the Lccid. We walked in to AT&T, one guy came up & for us checked in. No one came up or checked on us & told us they would be with us soon nor did anyone explain what a lccid was & why the sale would go though. We waited 30min. Not to happy with your customer service AT&T

Store MN04 and the guys that work there certainly know good customer service and professionalism. We entered the store and were immediately approached by John. I explained my unique situation and, though somewhat perplexed, was most eager to take on the challenge. After many troubleshooting attempts, and suggestions from Mike, the issue that lurked in my phone was finally resolved. I thought I would have to wait forever and walk out with the same problem I went in with, AGAIN! (from a different store location) Needless to say, I will only go to store MN04. MANY thanks to John....and Mike!!!

I would like to give a big Thanks to Zachary and Dillon at the southdale mall AT&T. You guys were super helpful and knowledgeable at setting me up on a new account for a phone, internet and streaming DirecTV package! Some of the best customer service I've received in a long time. I recommend anybody who has questions or needs help to go see Zachary or Dillon or anyone on their team!

I cannot sat enough about Kris and all the guys working at this location. I am very technology stupid. These guys helped me switch from Tmobile to AT&T. 3 lines. Went over pricing and was very transparent with me. I had my 2 sons with me, one that is kinda a grumpy 17 year old and one that is ADHD and OCD and me that has no filter. Kris handled our situation better than I could have expected. We were there for a couple of hours and never felt rushed. This man is a Godsend. He said he was the new guy but it did not seem like it. There was also a couple of other guys there helping out as well and I'm sorry I didn't catch all their names. This place has my business 100%. Great customer service is so hard to come by now a days. This store is top notch. I cannot say enough great things about them. Thank you guys for helping us out.

This is the AT&T store you want to go to. Avoid other stand alone locations that may not be corporate stores. This Southdale location is professional and knowledgeable.

Kris was amazingly helpful with upgrading to a new phone and transferring my information. My phone was only partially working but after a few attempts he was able to transfer everything. I am very thankful for his knowledge and patience!

Dillon is the best sales representative I have ever had at AT&T. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Took time to answer all my questions. He switched our phones over and did all the setup process for it. He is just down right amazing.

Ashley is the BEST! I had a great time updating my IPhone and learned a lot too. Ashley knows a lot about the new IPhone 15 Pro Max, more than I did and I’m one of those people who tried to keep up on the latest features and changes. Ashley is smart but nice about it. Got my IPhone already.
