I stopped at this Edina florist today and was really disappointed by the comment made by the owner. My baby fell asleep so I parked in the visitor parking spot and the owner was having a cigarette outside. Mind you no one was in the shop and many of the other spots were open (literally the place was empty), and my daughter wakes up so we get out of the car. The owner outside says “you need to move your car, that is my parking spot for the owner of the shop.” The sign said for customers only not for the owner so that alone was annoying. I looked at him in the eye and said my daughter was sleeping and I was going into your shop once she woke up.
He then probably felt bad and changed his tone, but the disrespect I wish I would have just buckled her in and not bought flowers at this place. We were on our way to visit my grandmas grave because it is her birthday today and I told him that. I don’t recommend this place and the flowers were mediocre and the selection minimal.

Ordered flowers for a co-worker's work anniversary. I wanted them to be used as a table centerpiece, but able to take home, and also to fit in with the restaurant aesthetic. Since I didn't see exactly what I was looking for online, I called and Shawn was able to make a somewhat custom order for this. Flowers were delivered on time and beautifully. Would highly recommend this florist.

I am very unhappy with this arrangement! This is not even
close to what I ordered. The first picture is what I ordered. The other picture is what was delivered. This was for my daughter's birthday. I am very disappointed.

I have not ordered flowers in years. I went to their site and selected a very nice bunch of red and white roses for my wife on our 32nd anniversary. When they arrived my daughter sent me a picture. I must say I was very disappointed. It appeared to be half the size I expected! I called and spoke to Sean. He kept saying I should wait and look at them when I got home since he personally made the arrangement. He then agreed to pick them up if I insisted. After a couple minutes, I called back and told him I would wait. I'm sure happy I did. He was right! The arrangement is beautiful. I'm sure glad I listened and even happier I ordered from Artistic Floral.

I found Artistic Floral online, ( I specifically wanted a small floral business) to deliver flowers/plant for a funeral. After talking with the owner, I felt very confident he was going to deliver something very pretty and meaningful. And we were not disappointed. It was beautiful!!! I highly recommend trusting them to provide for your floral needs at a reasonable cost.

Shawn was very personable and helpful with floral selection. He prepared an absolutely beautiful funeral arrangement on short notice. The cost was fair and the delivery charge was quite reasonable. Overall, an excellent transaction!

Flowers were cheaply done and with cheap flowers. Roses were browning after one day. $179 for an awful arrangement of cheap flowers. If this had not been for a funeral I would have sent them back. Shame on you Artistic.

I received the most beautiful arrangement of flowers on 1/4 (yes during the huge snowstorm this week) from you guys. You felt bad because you weren’t able to do the arrangement my daughter requested due to shipment not arriving due to weather. Well, you did an amazing job with what you had!
