Dead battery on my 3 yr old MacBook. My fault, it was in storage from a move. Anyway, I made an appointment, ordered a new battery, and it was installed later that day! Super helpful and very friendly staff.

Genius Bar review: John helped me with a lot of patience and thoughtfulness, and got along with my humor… he spent way more time than I expected and when it was clear I probably needed to spend money he did not pressure me and told me to go sleep on it. Really good customer service - thanks John!
