I was put on a live chat with Karis from this location. I simply wanted to know the insole measurement of a size 14 shoe. She questioned why I might want to know that measurement and was surprised when I suggested they might have a tape measure in the store. She also said it would be very difficult for her to get this measurement and it wouldn't be worth trying. This was noon on a Wednesday when there were multiple employees in the store. I can't speak to the quality of the shoes, but I would not waste time going to this location if you want help from any type of professional or expert. They aren't willing to put in the slightest amount of effort to help you.

I had an extremely good experience here getting a pair of shoes and belt for me wedding. The associate that helped me was quite knowledgeable about the AE product line and fashion in general. I will be returning for all of my future needs.

I've been buying Allen Edmonds shoes for 30 years since they got bought out the quality has gone away and they don't stand behind their product anymore. I had a pair that started ripping out shortly after I bought them I brought them back to the store and got excuses and was told there was only a 90-day workmanship warranty and they wouldn't stand behind their product. I've bought my last pair of Allen Edmonds shoes

Stopped in for my first time in an AE store after years of settling for more mainstream footwear. The gentleman, who I regretably did not catch his name, was extremely patient and took time to measure my foot and try a variety of styles and sizes to ensure I got something that fit just right. He even helped me note why some styles that I've typically gravitated towards can be uncomfortable. I ended up with a pair other than what I originally went there to look at for that very reason. I also appreciated there was no pushy or high pressure sales. He was simply interested in helping me find the right shoe. So long as the shoes continue to meet expectations in the future, I have no reason to anticipate otherwise, my interaction today has made me a lifelong AE customer and I'll definitely be back!

This is the remaining Allen Edmonds shoe store in the Minneapolis area since the downtown store closed their doors years ago. Located in the Galleria shopping center in Edina, it's convenient to get to after finding parking outside. Service is very good, selections are great, and you can also drop off your damaged shoes for repair, and they ship your refurbished Allen Edmonds shoes to you after the manufacturer fixes the damage for a nominal fee. It is nicer than buying brand new shoes.

Edward was incredible. He patiently adjusted the fitting of these beautiful loafers until they were perfectly comfortable on my feet. The shoes and belt themselves are gorgeous. Hand-made quality like no other. Highly recommend

Find what you need at this location. The gentlemen working was great, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I'm glad we have a brick and mortar store to go in and visit. Won't finds any better men's classic shoe store anywhere else in MN better than this. Made in America shoes, a true classic and rarity.

I’d like to thank Tom for being a true gentleman during the purchase of my first pair of Allen Edmonds. We chose the perfect shoes for the type of event. The quality of my new pair of park Avenue’s is simply stunning, and couldn’t be more pleased. Unfortunately, now that I’ve worn a pair of shoes of this quality, I’m stuck and will return to support my new addiction… Thanks again for your hospitality Tom!

Service was nonexistent. I waited for a greeting which never happened. Staff was helping a customer when I walked in…after a few minutes another couple entered and he greeted and helped them without saying anything to me. I waited a few minutes more and left. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere.
