Alchemy is the best all around body workout I’ve found! I’ve tried a lot of different types of workouts and gyms and I’ve stuck with Alchemy. Great variety, friendly coaches, workouts feel quick and get you a fully body challenge leaving you nice and sweaty! Highly recommend.

This is such a welcoming community and the workout is amazing! The facilities are beautiful and spotless. They provide all the gear you need too. You don’t even need shoes! I would highly recommend this to anyone of any fitness level because everything can be easily adjusted to fit your own workout.

We have a variety of class options you can mix and match to meet your goals. Each workout combines yoga, strength and conditioning into one class, and is customizable for any fitness level. Our coaches inspire and lead you in truly energetic workouts — even at 6AM when the coffee hasn’t kicked in yet. Located in the heart of Edina across the street from Southdale Mall, two blocks from Galleria Edina and minutes away from Shops at 50th and France. Parking is no worry! Show up 10 minutes before class and find ample, free parking outside our studio space.
