Salesperson was very helpful. She knew her inventory and brought us to 2 choices. We picked the best fit for us. The price was very good and the delivery people were very good and arrived within 3 minutes of the time we were told. Their selection was extensive. We were very pleased.

Our experience with VanderStoep’s couldn’t have been any better!!!! Jesse was such a great help finding us a high grade carpet that was still affordable. They drove the extra mile (all the way to Worthington a couple times) to make sure the sample worked in the space. And the carpet layers!!!!!! AMAZING! They were very fast at what they did but the best part is THEY PICKED UP AFTER THEMSELVES! Thank you again for such a great job!

I am so glad that they were recommended to me. I had all of my flooring and carpets relaxed. Everyone, from management to installers, were helpful and courteous. I asked a lot of questions and everyone was patient and took the time to answer. The installers explained things as they did it so I wasn’t surprised or confused with the process! I have a lot of heavy furniture and not only did they move it but the were careful and wanted to make sure it was placed back where I wanted it. I will definitely contact them again when I’m ready for blinds! A definite 10+

I always prefer to shop at Vanderstoep's, but living a few hours away makes this difficult. Jesse informed me that they are now able to ship furniture directly to your place. I ordered something on Saturday and it arrived to my house the following Wednesday! With the great service, prices, and convenience, I would highly recommend shopping with Vanderstoep's!
