We went to get our gas pump repaired on our vehicle and supposedly it was "fixed". Once we get everything paid off, right away we go and fill our gas and it still has the same problem. They told us to take it back so they can look at it again and it turns out to be a whole different thing. On top of that, they gave us a quote on how much it would be for the second time and it turns out to be a whole different price because they added another repair that we did not ask for. Overall, really bad customer service and bad communication with the customer. We had a really horrible experience!

We ran into truck troubles on a road trip over a holiday weekend. When I called DeBoer Chevrolet, they were very courteous and helpful from the initial contact. They corrected the issue with the vehicle and had us back on the road. Thank you DeBoer Chevrolet!

Drove 4 hours to buy used pickup. Stewart and Logan were very professional and great to work with. On way home engine light came on with issues that had to be resolved. Stewart covered everything and made it right without having to bring vehicle back. Highly recommend these guys

We were looking for a winter vehicle and found a used Ford Edge here. Went over on a Saturday morning, drove the car, seemed fine. On the way home, the touch screen started acting up...not responding, sending heat instead of air on passenger side, etc. It was a holiday weekend so I waited until Tuesday to call Kyle. Well...Kyle couldn't care less. I thought at least he'd offer to give us a price break on diagnosis and possible repair, but, no. He claimed he didn't know....sure he did. When we're looking for a new truck in the spring...we'll know where NOT to go.

Drove 3 hours to look at a used truck. The truck was nice, but had a golfball sized chip in the windshield that was not disclosed. I asked if they would replace the windshield and they said no. I asked to knock a couple of hundred off the price and they refused. They have had the truck listed 180+ days and it will be listed 180 more. I tried to call back and speak to Stewart the sales manager for a couple of days and he hasn’t returned my call. I wouldn’t waste my time.

Bought a vehicle over the internet from over 7 hours away. Kyle and Stewart were great to work with. Answered all my questions so I could make a decision without being able to see the car in person. Worked out a great plan to deliver the car was well. Thanks again guys!

This place rubbed me wrong. I had an oil change done. Upon reviewing the invoice, there is a comment in the See Also box "NOT PURCHASED HERE!!" Does this mean my vehicle is tagged for sub-standard service? I emailed them regarding this and immediately got a call from Stewart sputtering claiming they had a programming glitch. Yeah, whatever Stewart. You've made it pretty clear that non-customers are not welcome.

I recently purchased a vehicle from DeBoer Chevrolet. Logan was the salesman that helped me out. I appreciate how easy they made the process. We have been looking for a family vehicle for a few months now. It hasn’t been easy considering we have a family of 7, soon to be 8 and the used vehicle market has been tight. We had such an excellent experience with Stewart and his entire staff at DeBoer. A great person to work with and honestly the greatest car salesman we’ve ever encountered. He’s open, honest and gave a great price on our trade. He went out of his way to ensure we would get the car we inquired about, even through all the demand during the shortage.
