Tom’s Carpet Kingdom did our backsplash on our house and we couldn’t be happier. He made sure that we were happy every step of the way, and even went out of his way to help us design patterns that would make our backsplash come together perfectly (which we ended up liking more than what we had originally planned ourselves). We also had flooring installed by them, and it’s been a 10/10 for every experience. I can’t say enough about the great work. Thank you for everything Tom’s Carpet team!

If we could give no stars that is what we would do. We shopped local and chose Tom's carpet to put in durable, waterproof flooring at our cat sanctuary. Not only did they sell us an inferior product but we discovered lifting of the flooring in less than a week. We hired a MN top certified flooring inspector to come in. The inspector found that Tom's Carpet's installers used the wrong glue, trowel and base floor for this product. Our inspector even yltalked to Mohawk the flooring maker and they agreed with the inspector. Keith, the owner of Tom's Carpet refused to stand behind their work. We took them to smalls claims court but even with the damning evidence from the flooring inspector we hired, Tom's Carpet and their local attorney brought to court people who had nothing to do with our flooring at all. These people they brought in lied and disregarded the legitimate findings that the flooring was put in wrong. We will hever recommend Tom's Carpet in Eden Valley for anything. Please, save your hard earned money and pick a better company that are trust worthy and stand behind their work. Also find out who is installing your floor. They lied about that too....it was a third party with bad reviews. That was after the fact information. Just do your homework before hiring them. The owner will be of no help, that is if and when you have problems.
