We were in the ditch, had not yet called for a tow truck. Jacks towing was just driving by us and asked if we needed help. I said yes! So he winched us out. You were our guardian angle on this March 31st blizzard. He was on his way to pull out two other vehicles. Thank you for stopping, and for your kindness!!!

Worst towing company ever had them tow a camper and ask them to put it in the driveway because it wouldn't start they left it on the road leaving it at risked to being towed again and had no respect for what was inside everything was thrown all over the place and things were broke and the jackass left the key turned on so the battery was dead AAA certified. AAA SHOULD BE PROUD TO HAVE THEM SAY THEY are affiliated with them

Dead battery,called Good Sam's roadside. Half hour later,get a text from Alex towing pretty much saying too bad,they can't come.Asked them a question,they never replied.Called Goodsam back,within 6 minutes Jacks was here. Awesome service,very impressed.

What agem! Next time, hopely there won't be a next time, I'll call Jack's first! AAA gave me an hour to expect the tow truck. Two hours later, I was still waiting. When I finally got through to ask, they called Jack's. Their driver must have jumped into the truck a soon as they got the call. Driver was great, courteous and efficient. Thank you for making a stressful morning less so.

Jack’s towing came and winched us out of an icy driveway and ditch. They were very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend them. AAA said they had no drivers so canceled our call.

These guys saved my butt when the local towing service couldn't bother. Had a flat tire and called AAA. Was told local place would help me out in an hour. Didn't hear a peep all night. Called AAA back, AAA offered an apology for the lack of communication from local place and redirected me to these guys. Was told it would be an hour and they were here in 45 minutes. Took them less than ten minutes to get my donut on. Blown away with their professionalism and great attitude. I hope they continue to stop in willmar because we need that type of reliability when car issues happen.They did just that and I'm forever grateful. Thanks so much! : )

Will not allow a person or work with them civilly to get personal belongings whatsoever. Set you up it’s cops and keep your belongings including vehicle! Never would I recommend them for services or to anyone I know if my life depended on it

Highly recommend Jack’s Towing. Jen, the dispatcher was friendly and very helpful! My insurance messed up and left me stranded for 2+ hours at this point before calling to realize they never sent the request to Jacks, (knowing they were “in-network” from my last tow). They finally called Jen and had a driver ETA within mins. Jen also talked a little about my frustrations and made sure I was safe, and to call if I needed anything else while waiting stuck in the middle of nowhere. Highly recommend both times ive used Jacks for my towing needs, always friendly and go above and beyond.
