An excerpt taken verbatim from a dear friends Facebook post--
"I'd just like to take a moment to talk about the fact that the store manager at eden prairie Youngstedts thinks it's ok to make fun of gay people, thinks that if black power is ok then white pride should be too, and is convinced schools have litter boxes in them for "kids that think they're cats". All this after he harassed me asking who I was going to vote for and threw an absolute tempertantrum when I told him (after I said I'd rather not talk politics at work mind you)."
As a former manager myself, I'm appalled that another would even broach such topics at work, let alone try to force their obviously uneducated opinions on another person.

All the new oil I had put in on Monday ended up on my driveway and I left the next day and had to call and have my car towed and spent 5 hours before I was on the road again. Hope I didn’t do anything to my engine. I know it was a freak accident but!

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Service was great and they were finished before the amount of time they told me. Very satisfied with Youngsteds!

Very unprofessional and bad job. The only time I have gone to them and they screwed it up. They put all locking keys on my 4 wheels and never gave me the locking socket. After multiple calls to ask them about it they have made me promise to send me the key to my house. It’s been almost a year now and no keys. I haven’t been able to rotate my tires because of it. Disrespectful and horrible business. Looks like I will be taking to BBS today

Tonight my 13 yr old son and I were in the cities for basketball. We went to eat between games and when we walked out, my son noticed that there was the undercarriage cover was hanging down under my vehicle. I knew that I wouldn’t make it the 100 mile trip home with it the way it was. I had no tools and had no idea what to do. I was across the street from your business. I knew that my chances of getting help were slim to none because it was about 6:00 on a Saturday evening. I pulled on the door and it was locked. Not too long after, one of your employees that was still there came out and asked if I needed help. He graciously came out, screwed it back up, and helped us get on our way. I didn’t catch his name, but am extremely grateful for him! We made it home safely! Just as importantly, I appreciate knowing that we live in a place where there are good people who are willing to go out of their way to help others.

I went in to get a suspension problem looked at and they recommended $3200 is mostly unnecessary repairs. I have used Youngstedts in the past but won’t be returning.

Honest appraisal - front end suspension noise required new struts, bearings mounts and stabilizer arms. After market struts not available but I preferred using authentic Acura parts anyway. MDX drives and handles like brand new after the work was completed. Serious money spent but absolutely worth it and I highly recommend this facility - friendly and professional

On Dec. 29, I took my car to Youngstedts in Eden Prairie under a panic situation. Earlier in the day my car told me the tire pressure in the rear left tire was all-of-a-sudden 16psi. Found a gas station with air ASAP, then continued with my day. Tire pressure kept slowly dropping so I called Youngstedts at 2:18 p.m. to get my car in. Explained ALL the events that transpired since the initial alert of low pressure and they looked over the tire in question.
Told me that the sensors were fine and that there was nothing wrong with the tire. They purposely looked for a SLOW LEAK based on my concerns - and none was found.
They ASSURED ME (I asked them directly and specifically) that I wouldn't wake up the next morning with a flat tire.
AND THE NEXT MORNING THE TIRE PRESSURE DIDN'T REGISTER ON MY TIRE GAUGE !!
I called Youngstedts at 7:41 a.m. in another panic and was told to bring the car back ASAP - which I did immediately. AFTER I found a gas station to put air in the tire - which my car said now registered 8 psi !!!!!! (I'm not from the area so finding a gas station in a residential area with only 8 psi was scary.)
And yes. THERE WAS A SLOW LEAK !!! Thankfully I had purchased the tires from Youngstedts in Eau Claire (where I live) and had the tire protection plan. The good news.
So now I have a new rear left tire. The best news.
My frustration, major irritation and yes, anger, stems from the fact the techs SUPPOSEDLY looked PURPOSELY for a slow leak. All the things I told them led to that. Yet they found none.
I don't like writing negative reviews. But I feel that I was lied to when I was assured there was nothing wrong with the tire. Did they not even look at it? Was it a long day already? Was I an old woman who didn't know better?
