I was referred to World Auto Repair by a coworker due to malfunctioning windshield wipers (not a great thing to have during a very foggy winter!). Jerry and his team helped me quickly due to my exigent circumstances and the wipers work perfectly now. They even followed up a few days later via text to make sure everything went well. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Very nice very helpful. I called from another state to have company vehicle picked up and towed to their shop, they were very helpful with giving me the name of Jerry's Transport was also very nice and friendly. they checked out our vehicle lucky all it needed was a new battery. THANK YOU GUYS VERY MUCH

They were able to answer my call right away getting me in the same day and turned around to have my car done by the afternoon plenty of time before I had to pick my child up from school.

Dismissive if you're a female trying to set up an appointment. Patronized me and rushed me off the phone because they were trying to close and werent taking my business seriously. They had an hour til close. "Why don't you call back when you're sure you've thought about this, im trying to close up" is what was said to me. Made an appt with TGK instead with no sparky comments made

Took my car here For a diagnostic paid 162 bucks and then he said he can’t figure it out so what was a charge for when I took it somewhere else was bsttery fixed no issues
