i would give them zero stars. if you issue a check and then will not cash it with dl shame on you . plus how many people need to standing in line until the people not doing anything help. So glad I left your bank years ago. to bad my company still uses you

Terrible bank that is most famous for opening fraudulent accounts in their customers’ names without their authorization. Always at least a 20 minute line filled with upset customers no matter what, you’d think that’s a sign to have more tellers but they refuse. Drive through has arbitrary policies to the point it’s a waste of time to even try. It’s very regrettable that I have to deal this bank for my job. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Business banking and customer service is extremely lacking. At the call center’s direction, I went to this bank looking for a copy of my business account’s signature card, and none of the bankers in-branch even knew what this elemental document was. The greeter (4/6/24 11:50am) was very rude and literally said I didn’t know what I was talking about (again, even though the signature card is a basic, founding document for any business account that any staff person should know about). After speaking with three staff, including the shift leader, they concluded none of them knew what I was talking about and determined I needed to speak with an actual business banker (duh), which was not on staff. Unreal.
I called customer service back and asked a business banker what was up. She said they couldn’t give me my document electronically, only in person at a branch (even though Old National and US Bank just emailed the same documents to me). In now have to wait two days and go back into a branch. Hopefully they have an actual business banker staffed who can help.
Why does every encounter with Wells need to be such a run-around, even about very basic stuff? As a business owner, I don’t have time for this.

I had a less-than-ideal experience at the teller line. The customer service fell short of expectations, and there was an instance where I felt a lack of courtesy. While I understand that everyone has challenging days, I believe that improved communication and friendliness would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. I appreciate the opportunity for constructive feedback and hope for positive changes in the future

Props to Angelica and Gopa for keeping their calm while dealing with a couple of jerks. I would've lost my cool if I was on the clock and someone said to me "Your job is to deposit these, I don't need a [cuss] lecture". I can't imagine how many people like this they have to deal with on the daily. From another customer service worker, major respect for them!

Terrible customer service, when I told what I need the brand new cash for and I ask them if they have it they immediately say no I don't! & she went tell her so called manger was so rude act like I'm begging you for yours money. I just need brand new bills for my overseas trip. I don't remember this place and I would never go back. Never go to Praveena is her name .

Good accessible bank with large parking lot for the access. I wish this location remained open extra hours like I believe they did, years ago.Wells should consider extra access hours now that they dont provide temporary debit cards anymore.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 30 years and wish there is a way to give zero stars. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wells Fargo. I went to cash a check that a friend gave to me and was treated like I was a criminal. The teller asked me all kinds of intrusive questions wanting to know why they gave me this check. She eventually said that I would have to come into the branch and wait for them to call the person that wrote the check to verify that they actually wrote me the check. I eventually just told them to give me my check back, and I went to my normal branch and was done at the drive-through within five minutes without any issues.
