Took my 15 year old daughter in for her first checking and savings account, and it was a FABULOUS experience! Waiting 25 minutes in the commercial line is ridiculous. If the customer in that line cannot complete their transaction in 5 minutes they should go inside. Slowest Drive thru of any Wells Fargo on a regular basis.

Worse bank customer service I have ever encountered!!! When you have a someone with a business account and have a concern the least you could do is to ask them their concern privately! Literally interrogated at the door! I will be moving my business account and my husband’s!
