The worst experience in my entire 30 years! I will never go back! I had to give them 30.00 to ask one question! Waited over 30 minutes with an appointment! Never received a receipt as well

I went in with my mom to upgrade her from iPhone 13 to the 15… and I ended up with the 15 pro in addition to joining my parents plan to save them both over $100 a month on their bill…Jake and Zach know what they are talking about, and are very friendly and cannot be happier that the experience was a win-win for all involved. THAT’S what good business is all about!

Went in to upgrade my phone and was helped by Jake. Jake was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to show me ways to save money, but I didn’t feel pressured into opting into anything that I didn’t want to. The whole upgrade process was very quick and I was in and out in about 20 minutes!

This is a 3rd party store and not a Verizon store. Verizon offers SIM cards for free, this place charged me $20.

Was not willing to help us even though we had customer service set it up. Jake was working and was rude and didn't even try to help us. Don't go to this Verizon store.
