I would just like to say how very pleased I am with the customer service I received from Chris. He is an incredibly empathetic person with a wonderful, outgoing personality. He solved an issue I was having and went over and above what anyone else would have done to see that I was happy.
I received the kind of customer service that is rarely in existence anymore. I really feel like a valued customer because of his selflessness. If anyone deserves a raise it's this guy!!!

They lost my package. First my package ( registered first class mail) was stuck at a location for a week with no movement. On investigation, I was just told they have no idea, and we also can't do anything about it. I was told to forget about that package. They have just one job to do which also they can't properly. Horrible. Never again!

I don't usually write bad reviews but this by far one of the worst experience I've ever had at USPS. All I need to do was submit a forwarding mail form (which is simple) when I went up to be front the worker that was helping me was very rude. Please monitor and train your workers better, a short visit of 5 min should not be this bad. It shows alot about how that person made me feel in just 5 min.

The envelope I sent took 9 days to finally reach it's destination, but when it finally did the envelope was severely damaged and had a giant hole in it and most of it's contents was gone except for the card which was also damp for some reason. Would not recommend their services ever again.

This has got to be the slowest post office ever. Constantly a huge line, the workers are extremely slow. Go elsewhere if you can.

BRING YOUR OWN TAPE!The location being open 24/7 for self-service would be convenient, if the area was stocked with packaging materials. In my experience, it's about 50/50 whether the boxes and envelopes will be there or not. And tape is NEVER supplied!In my experience, staff has been extremely unhelpful. One star is generous.

Tax day. One worker at 5:00. He’s working so slow he seems asleep. The place closes at 5:30. There is a line of 40 people. This Eden Prairie post office moves like third world country if that. Pathetic. Zero acknowledgement that tax day is busy. Consider flexing some hours for employees, adjusting schedules? Oh, wow, another worker just came out from behind the wall. Probably was “on break”? Break from what? This is the most dreadful place on earth.

Dropped off Christmas cards at the EP post office. Took 2 days for one to get to a Mankato address and 4 days for one to get to an EP address (same city it was mailed in). Did it sit in the post office for 3 days?

I’m really disturbed by my most recent experience at the Eden Prairie post office as someone whose had a P.O. Box for many years here. It’s truly a blessing my renewal date is around the corner so I don’t have to continue service here.It’s too much to include in the review & I’m still trying to process it all but I’ll say this. It’s very strange to be berated by a staff member and for them to ask very personal things, at a post office no less. Rude doesn’t even conceptualize the level of disrespect the male staff threw my way. The female staff wasn’t much help either when I looked to her for assistance.No one deserves to be treated like a criminal when they’re just trying to pick up their packages. Forget customer service, where’s the human decency?If I wasn’t in a state of shock during the whole incident, I would’ve said as much which is why I’m writing this review.

Went to USPS Eden Prairie for 5times as i lost my mail and every time i go they just take my phone number and never calls me back. No patience in talking with the costumers, i felt helpless and the mail i lost was very very important for me and they don’t even care about this?.
