Purchased a 2016 LR4 from this group last year. The videos they sent were very fuzzy but they assured us that the car was “crisp” per the owner. Against our better judgement we bought the car sight unseen because we felt comfortable after the owner assured us that the car was “as close to perfect” as he had ever seen. Let me assure you, it was NOT and beat to hell when we got it after paying $600 to ship it! Missing vent covers, crappy paint job, painted seats, missing mats, and the whole back storage area was beat to heck. When we called the owner, he sent someone to address the plastic in the back which looked SLIGHTLY better but no way was that car EVER “CRISP” as the owner assured us. If that wasn’t bad enough, the mechanical issues started immediately. Our Land Rover mechanic (we’ve used them for years) told us that the whole underneath the car was rusted out! 6 THOUSAND later and 6 months in an out of the shop we finally had to take a 16k LOSS and trade the vehicle. BUYER BEWARE. These people deceive their customers.

10k miles later and I'm still very happy with my decision to purchase an Audi through U Car Connect. Erik was great to work with as they do not pressure you and they make the process easy. I highly recommend buying through them.

Erik and the UCar Connect team are top notch. They are very knowledgeable and accessible and will not try to hard sell you. I'm the last person to ever buy a car without seeing it. But I am very impressed with the purchase of my mini cooper without seeing it. It was delivered to me and it was just as described. Beautiful car. The only issue is I wish they had a way to sign electronically. I had to print the paperwork sign then scan and send back.but no big deal. Would highly recommend.

This was the second time I’ve bought from U Car Connect!! I didn’t think the service could get any better but it did!! Before I purchased my car, I asked Tom to have the fan fixed; he did!! A couple weeks after I purchased my car, something went wrong with the battery. Tom sent me a check in the mail!! Great place to buy cars!!

Just bought a Porsche Cayman S from Tom, the owner of U Car Connect. I was totally impressed with the way he handled the entire transaction. Tom and Erik worked very hard to see that I was satisfied with every aspect of the purchase. They made the process easy and enjoyable. I can't thank them enough.
