This location Eden Prairie has gone down hill.Management, customer service none.I have consigned at this location for over 20 years. It is not the same.Very disappointed.

I'm shocked at how rude and un professional they are! They treat you like a low life in need of money and as if they don't need you. SO UNKIND and just bad business. If it was not for people consigning they would not have a business so they should treat people with MORE RESPECT!

If you want to be treated like a human with dignity, I would suggest shopping else where.I have a damaged digestive tract from a year of chemotherapy, I asked to used a restroom and was told no, I mentioned the Minnesota restroom access act (325E.60) requirements to no avail. Staff, including the manager were very belittling, told me to walk down to Lunds or Starbucks.As for the shipping, Target and Walmart brands were plentiful, but designer brands were far and few between.

Large selection of items, with fairly high turnover. I love seeing what's new each time. I've found some great things either near, or in mint condition, at decent prices.

Clean and stylish. Very nice people on staff. Furniture prices are a bit high but still love this store.

Today, I shopped at the Eden Prairie location. The staff was very nice and were busy keeping the store nice and tidy.They also had a great selection of clothing and shoes. Amber and Arya helped us checkout a large sale. I appreciated their care in removing tags and sensors from our purchase. They also let us know about the next upcoming sale.

Eden Prairie store has the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. Since they take in clothing for free, and sell it and keep 60%, it seems like a business model that couldn't fail. You'd think they'd be happy to see customers. Whatever is going on in that particular store is broken. Employees are rude! I will NEVER go there again--waste of time!

Sadly this location doesn’t appear to want to survive…. The past 3 times I’ve made the drive to buy & sell the sign on the back door says they are “done consigning”.

First time here...I think the home goods store is fun. I enjoy looking for old treasure. The clothes store is just full of old clothes. I didn't care about it at all.
