This is my number one favorite retail store in the world. They are picky on what they take, so they always have nice stuff. Prices are very reasonable. This is a large store. Stuff turns over pretty quickly, so don't wait to buy something you like or it will disappear. If my wife were to throw me out, I'd probably furnish my new place here because I've seen lots of neat furniture that would have been more expensive new than I'd be willing to pay.

Staff was insulting. I brought in items less than 2 years old... furniture and household. They made me feel as if my being there was an inconvenience to them. I brought in things that I paid over $200 for that were in mint condition lesson 2 years old and they refused to take them. I will never can sign with them

I went in Turn Style today. The two employees at the front desk were more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. When I tried to express this to the woman (maybe the manager) in the back. She called me rude! I said, "I am just being honest. I thought you would want to know."

Furniture prices are just ridiculously high here. Staff is ??? Mostly avoid them if I can. Must be hard these days to hire a decent human being.

POOR customer service. According to all signs posted they stop consignment an hour before closing. I arrived at this store at 5:25 and was told I was too late as they stopped consignment at 5:30.There was virtually no one in the store. The cashier was too busy showing her personal artwork pictures to someone.Extremely poor customer service and communication.

Its funny there are so many people complaining about RUDE staff at this turn style. That has consistently been my experience too. Why? Why would you treat your customers so badly? You shouldn't own a shop or work at a shop if you dont like your customers. I know they know, because I have told them face to face. It reminds me of the feeling I got from the snooty, pretentious way the ladies at Daytons makeup/perfume counter treated you. I was very young and let that happen, but at least they were working at Daytons, not a used consignment shop. I dont need someone to kiss my feet, just treat me with an ounce of respect would be nice. I dont shop there anymore. It seems like the Chanhassen location is the worst and all the staff has been infected with the behavior. I dont run into this at any of the other locations.

I stopped into the store today after work and went in to see if I could consign 2 pictures. I had come earlier this week but the store had closed down during the day because of the storm. On Thursday they take appointments. I asked if they had time to look at my 2 items. The cashier very rudely said you need an appointment. I asked when their next appointment was. She mumbled and pulled out a book and said you can bring them in now. They were not busy at all and she acted like she was doing me a favor. When I got home my husband was there and we had one large item I needed help getting to the store. He said he would help me so I called the store and asked for an appointment. I was told I could not get an appointment because I already brought 2 things in that day. I am a regular customer but have stopped going to this store because the employees are RUDE! No customer service and treat their customers like they are bothering them.

The employee, younger girl with dark hair and a cat tattoo on her hand - was super unfriendly and unhelpful. Didn’t greet us, didn’t acknowledge us standing at the counter, was talking to another employee the whole time we were checking out. You work in retail. Have better people skills :)

I like Turnstyle, both the home and clothing part. I believe in recycling rather than landfill dumping. However, they have hired a volatile young lady who works at the back of the clothing section and now I am afraid to go in. She screams at people coming in to drop off and told one lady that's the only way that she gets people to listen to her. I'm not sure how to proceed, may be will only go in with my husband.

A great shop to consign clothes at. We have been cleaning out our wardrobes to save some room and found a lot of clothes that were designer, but didn't fit us anymore. We took them here and made a few bucks!

Just brought things to consign at 5:27pm and was told that they consign until 5:30. I was told that they were swamped and could not take me even if they are open until 7pm. Then I would not put a time if you are not going to check people in until that time. Drive 45 minutes to be told this.
