This location sucks. Waited for 20 minutes at the counter to cash a check from my business account and then was told that they can’t cash it and I will have to do a withdrawal. The supervisor was lazy and had no clue or knowledge about the process and procedures. Will never go back here.

Convenient location and outside ATM with deposit, and 3 lanes. Building is well appointed, service par for the course with large volume banks.

This location and Huntington bank in general has extremely bad service.They have almost no walk-ins and they ask you to call to make an appointment.When you call this branch would never answer calls! You have to keep trying for at least 5-6 times to get hold of someone if you are lucky. Who then gives you an appointment for after 2-3 days. This just causes unnecessary delay and waste of time.I am closing my account with this bank, seriously frustrating. The ratings are so bad and no one even acknowledges these complaints from customers, this shows how this banks treats their customers.

Worse bank ever! Do not go to this branch for your banking needs. Went in to open a CD account. Was told a banker would be available in 5 to 10 minutes to help. Waited almost an hour and no service so I left.

With only one person working there most of the time it's pretty useless to go there unless you're okay waiting 45 minutes- also they'll remove your mortgage payment 1-2 weeks earlier then they need to. After moass I'm leaving this joint.

This banker is horrible. Teller and drive up hours are 9-5 during the week when most people work! And their cash machine always seems to be out of service!! So frustrating!!

Drove well out of my way to make a deposit of a cashiers check. Went into a branch specifically to verify there would be no issues with the VERIFIED check and the funds would be available within 2-3 days. They're now holding my deposit for a week. I would never have deposited with Huntington Bank if they didn't specifically tell me 2-3 days. Not happy I can't access MY money. Bank elsewhere.

Good luck speaking with a banker at the new mega bank Huntington! Btw, if you want to close your accounts you need an appointment. To make an appointment you are supposed to call. Well, nobody will answer the phones and I've been trying for a month. I’m moving to a local bank.
