The manager vehemently denied we purchased a phone from the store. He said I checked the system and found $100 charge only, 15 days after the date we actually purchased the phone. We check our bank statement and low and behold, there it is. He also called us and charged my dad a fee for an already completed transaction. we're not even sure that was a legitimate charge.

Herman is the worst associate at the Eden Prairie location!! If I could give a zero I would have. He doesn’t listen to your concerns, he’s only there to make a sale! Terrible customer service experience!! Just awful!!

Be careful with promotions had no idea there was fees to adding lines in the middle of a cycle had not idea the lady that gave me that promotion didn’t tell me that . Just watch out for all the hidden fees ?♀️ maybe should have stayed with Verizon

Special Thank You to McKenzie today at EP TMobile. We had closed an internet account due to a move, forgotten PIN, and a credit that was not clearing or getting back to us properly. It took us multiple phone calls and visits, and today McKenzie was patient, kind and resolved the challenge within an hour. Note to management: rating McKenzie a 5, not TMobile. Management needs to update their policies for closed accounts and returning credit to customers.

Went to add a phone but was told to go back tomorrow and when we did but we didn't take anything with us cause the night before we didn't need nothing.. other then that nice people but they do get busy

EP mall can get too busy at times= long waiting time. We were 5th in line, 2 people in front of us said they've waited 1 hour. We gave up and left the mall because the store was closing in 15 minutes.I like TMobile service.

Hi I want to give a shout to Mackenzie Morgan the T-Mobile mobile expert. My 5 year old did a runner from me when finishing eating at the kiosk in Costco and Mackenzie made sure he was ok. Could see I was distraught and helped me get a trolley to keep him contained. I am a loyal T-Mobile customer and will continue to be thanks to her kindness. Please give her a raise for going above and beyond for a T-Mobile member without asking anything in return. THANKS Mac!

Worst experience! Will never buy a phone directly for them ever. Guy told me if I buy a phone I Gould get a $400 trade in.When I picked my phone up, they did not take my old phone and said a kit would be mailed to me.Never received the kit T-Mobile blames it on sprint & the sprint merge with T-Mobile. Long story short I never got my trade-in value.They put the blame on sprint claim they can't do anything.I will never buy a phone directly from t-mobile.I will continue to buy my phones through Apple and use their service. They suck every person you deal with blames it on sprint merger. Take some accountability...Not to mention, they had my sons phone on a forever lease (like who leases the phone forever that doesn't even make sense) did not compensate any of his money back to him. T mobile sucks!!!!!! Never had these issues with sprint been a customer for 23 years.... I highly recommend getting everything in writing from T-Mobile What a scam !!!!!!

I’ll never go back to this t-mobile store. I came planning to buy a new iPhone and the men in this store didn’t take me seriously. They didn’t have time for me. I went back to the Shakopee store and bought my 14+. If you want great service go to the Shakopee store near Cub.

Worst service. Stood there for 15 minutes for nothing. Not a single employee greeted or tried to help me at all. After another guest entered the store 15 minutes after me they prioritized her even though she had no appointment. Still ignoring my presence.

Wish I could give it a negative 5, assistant store manager Nick is competent, rude as hell and doesn’t even know how to get NSS code let alone solving a identity verification issue. Just because of this store 2 phone orders I placed were cancelled and I will be terminating my account too.Seemly T-mobile store employees aren’t interested in providing help against issues except when it comes to sales so they could make their commission. Don’t bother coming at this location, not worth it.

If you want to have a incompetent person handling you at the store then you should ask for Mr. Nick. He single handedly made my buying experience worst.DO NOT go to this store unless you wanna buy airpods cause seemly except that they ain't good at anything.
